LOVE this! It is truly helping, my room is now a lovely scented retreat. I live with smokers. Plural. Cigarette smoke is one of those insidious smells that travels through walls, and vents, and is easy to become oblivious to, even as strangers all notice it on you. I love my family, but I am sick of being looked at by strangers in the elevator as the source of “that cigarette smell”, when I don’t even smoke. I got a smaller (150ml) essential oil diffuser first, but found it was tiresome to keep refilling it and it didn’t disperse through my whole room. This machine holds 1000 ml. It also has a remote control, and serves as a nightlight. I can refill it once at bedtime, and once in the daytime. I use around 12 drops of Sweet Orange scent, as it seems to be good to counter the smoke but not so cloyingly sweet if I accidentally use too much. (Unlike the lavender one) It has a light or heavier mist option, and can run for around 9 hours. I’ve kept it running at least 18 hours a day in front of my closet with an orange scent, and I definitely notice a difference in my room and my clothes.

I'd worried about buying this product after the reviews that said their diffuser didn't work right & they returned it. But I wanted a large capacity diffuser, so I took the chance. During the first few uses, it seemed the diffuser wasn't working well. There wasn't any "steam cloud" coming from it, which I typically see when my other diffusers are working. I could feel a small push of air from the nozzle, so I thought it was working despite not seeing the streaming water vapor cloud I'd expected. So I kept this unit turned on & watched as the water levels dropped steadily. Near the end of the water level, the unit finally began emitting the stream of vapor cloud I'd been expecting. During the first two or three full water capacity uses, it was difficult to tell if the unit is on High or Low. Now, the streaming water vapor is more easy to see (usually) and if I have the unit on High, it goes through the water capacity within a few hours. Overall, after fiddling around with the unit, I've decided to keep it. During use, the water capacity obviously goes down & it does result in the room smelling like the essential oil I put into the water. So it's working, just not obviously sometimes. Would I buy again? Yes, I think so. I have many different diffusers throughout my home, so I'm an experienced diffuser buyer. I really like the water volume this unit holds & that keeps me from having to refill it too often. Plus, it does work. My suggestion is to be sure you watch the water levels dropping if you buy this, so you know it's working (even if you don't see the streaming vapor released). The changing colors work the same as all the other such diffusers I own. You have to click through the colors to make a selection & this is every time (it doesn't remember the color you left it on last time) & the first color is the one that revolves/changes thru all the colors available. Typical. Yes, I recommend this unit to any user who wants a large capacity diffuser.

I bought this after I got water in one of my old diffusers and it crapped out. I was using it as a humidifier for my tropical plant greenhouse cabinet and it worked well for a week or so until I effed it up. Enter this bad boy. Right out of the box, I was like woah, this thing is solid. And large. For the same cost as what I’ve been buying cheap nonsense diffusers for years no less! I cleaned it out, filled it with water carefully and put it into my tent. At that time, the humidity was a measly 41%. I walked away for about 10 mins, then saw the humidity had gone up to 56%. On the right track! Then I got distracted by something and forgot about it for a couple hours til I walked back into the room and saw the tent full of steam and the hygrometer showed the humidity at 99%. Woah!! I let it keep going overnight and this morning the reservoir still had water leftover and it was still 99% humidity. I refilled the tank this afternoon and she’s chugging away again. Oh, finally the colors are very nice and easy to change, plus the remote is so handy! Summary, 10/10, great diffuser/mini humidifier. Just buy the damn thing lol

I’ve had this for a few months now and must say that I am very happy. I LOVE diffusing. I have a diffuser in every room. My problem was I couldn’t find a diffuser to fill my front space (Living/Dining/Kitchen). Finally! I found a diffuser that not only fills the space but it also lasts ALL DAY!!! What the what? Yup! How? Well, it holds a lot of water. 1000ml (bigger than any of my other diffusers.) The function options also help. I absolutely LOVE that you can choose from 3 different hour settings OR until it’s dry PLUS high mist or low mist PLUS continuous or intermittent. These options, when set to the lowest of all settings, will get you diffusing 24 hours. Now, to address the amount of oil needed... This could deter people but I find about 20-30 drops depending on the scent I use. Now, at first I was not to thrilled. Until I realized I was adding 10-15 in my other diffuser which at best ran up to 12 hours (Still good). So, really, the amount used is on par given the size. My only complaint about this product is the Remote. I am totally bummed. It works...When the battery isn’t falling out. You have to hold the battery...holder?... in place in order for the remote to work and that just stinks. I loved the ability to turn the diffuser off right before walking out the door and turning it back on when we walk in. Otherwise, this is a great diffuser and I will definitely be suggesting it to my oily friends with big spaces.

The colors are awesome and the unit holds a lot of water. I live having it run for 9 hours straight. The mist it puts out is great as well. In fact, I’ve ordered two more units. They run quiet and you hardly know they are on. Excellent value for the money compared to others I’ve looked at, especially since they run for 9 hours.

I am in love with this product, I have bought three of these units (for other family members and myself) so prepare for a glowing review. I have developed a plethora of health issues over the last many years, one of them being troubling pollen allergies. I have leaky gut so the pollen slips right through those tiny tears in my gut and into my bloodstream, leaving me lethargic, swollen, and unable to eat without serious bloating. I am also extremely sensitive to pesticides, which give me similar symptoms, when the neighbors spray I'm in bed for a week! How are these problems related to this essential oil diffuser? Well, it all started when I stayed in a dusty hotel room for a week. The dust was just starting to get to me when I found a discount diffuser at a local store. I'd always wanted one and gave it a shot. Breathing in the mist from the diffuser was like breathing in pure energy. My lethargy vanished to the point where I couldn't sleep when it was going! My nose stopped running and my mood improved. These positive changes sparked some research; why did a little mist and some scented oils make me feel so refreshed? The answer was simple; Negative ions. You've probably heard of them in relation to the ocean. Ocean waves create a massive amount of these ions, which are claimed to have amazing health benefits and are documented to have calming effects. You can find negative ions not just near the ocean, but in forests, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, and when it rains. They're commonly created by the crashing (or diffusing) of water! Wow! Now here's the most important part for those of you with pollen or environmental toxin allergies like me, negative ions clear the air of dust, debris, and pollutants!! I believe the diffuser is doing more for my allergies than my expensive hepa filter! After some research I replaced the discount diffuser with this one. Pros - Best price I could find for the size - Long run time, (no more refilling water every half hour) - High output of water (I didn't just want an essential oil diffuser I wanted those lovely negative ions, so I tried to find a diffuser that could also humidify to purge any dust or crud in the air that could make me sick.) - I've had a unit for 4 months now and use it almost every day with no problems. Cons - The mist output is so high that the water can condensate on your dresser or end table. But this is solved by placing a decorative plate or towel under it (not under the unit itself, there's a fan under there) - If you turn on the light you have to cycle through 20 different light colors to turn it off again. (This is one minor annoyance I've had with the design of the unit, hardly worth mentioning but I do wish they'd made it easier to turn off the light) - Don't use tap water. (More of a helpful tip than a con, but some people might find this inconvenient, my unit developed some mold under the lid after diffusing tap water. If your water is hard, or contains mold or pollutants use filtered water in your unit, you could break it with tap water!) I will update if anything happens but so far I am enthralled with this product, if you found my review informative please let me know by marking it as helpful!

I’ve had many diffusers and I can say this one is fantastic as it looks great too. It seems to cover more than a large room as I can smell the essential oil in other rooms as well. There’s no noise to it and if you have the mist at low it will last a long time. It has large water capacity and an easy touch function to it as well. Requires about 20 drops of essential oil but can be to your liking. Definitely recommend and if there’s an issue, Blue Hills customer service is fantastic they will help with the problem as they did with me.

Good features: at 1000 ml, this actually acts as a humidifier as well as a diffuser. We have a big room and we need the humidifier performance. It does put out much more cool mist than our smaller diffuser. IT comes with a remote, which I like. You can also change colors, set run time to 9 hours, and adjust mist setting, although I can't really tell the difference between high and low mist. Neutral features: at 1000 ml, the unit is a bit of a beast and isn't pretty. However, it looks like it's advertised. It looks like a humidifer rather than those pretty and delicate diffusers. Negatives: the motor has a slight hum, and my hearing isn't that great, so it may be more than a hum to a person with good ears. Also the plug is loose where it goes into the socket. Due to the technical issues, I'm debating about sending it back for a replacement as I may have just received a unit that has some technical issues.
