MaxxMMA X-Arms - Heavy Bag Training Tool Doubles as Training Sticks

I would actually like to give this 3.5 stars but don't have that option.It attaches well to MaxxMMA or other heavy bag but unless the bag is tethered, you'll find the arms eventually rotated away from you. The MaxxMMA bag, because its partially filled with water, rotates less but will still rotate.If your floor space under the bag allows you to circle the bag 360, then no problem. But if the bag is close against a wall, you'll find the bag arms rotated away from you after a few seconds of punching.Otherwise, it's a good product.

I bought these as pseudo-wing chun dummy arms, overall it’s a great addition that turns any punching bag into a more realistic and interactive dummy. Works good to practice slipping, but also to deflect and block.One of the arms do tend to droop a little from their own weight, but the arms have the ability to bend and I positioned them at an angle so that they stay upright even when they sink overtime. Definitely takes training to a different level.

THIS PRODUCT COULD BE A GOOD MMA TRAINING TOOL- IF MFR COULD FIGURE OUT A MORE DURABLEWAY TO HOLD THE ARMS IN PLACE WHILE WRAPPED AROUND A HEAVY BAG. I TRAIN DAILY,. AND THE PLASTICHOLDERS BEGAN TO BREAK WITHIN A WEEK. I GOT RID OF THE BELT AND SIMPLY DUCT TAPED THE ARMSTO A HEAVY BAG. WOULD ONLY RECOMMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO A VERY CASUAL USER. JAY MONTMEAT
