I invented this independently while sitting in my bath—which wasn't full enough. "What I need," I thought, "Is some kind of plastic thingy that sticks on over that stupidly-low overflow and..." And of course I then realised it was 2016 and that there is no such thing as an original thought in the world, grabbed my phone with still-dripping fingers and fumbled around Amazon until I found someone selling one.It works a treat, it has a hole at the top so your bath still shouldn't overflow if you leave it on with the taps running, and is just what I needed. The extra two or three inches height in the bathwater really does make a pleasant difference.

If like me you have a new build home and they decided to place your bath over Flow in line with the plug hole, yet you love a deep bath... This is a MUST buy purchase.It's saved me from having future meltdowns, preggo rages because all I want is a deep bath and stopped me from getting a crowbar to the bathroom to rip out the piece of CRAP redrow installed. All in all this purchase single handedly saved many emotional moments and domestics! Oh and saved me the cost of a bathroom refit.Money well spent

Having had a few too many shoddy baths recently where I realised my knees, which were the reason for the baths in the first place, weren’t under water and therefore defeating the point, I found this and realised the other reviews pretty much described my situation. Problem solved pretty much instantly! Best money spent, in my opinion. Shame it came to needing it in the first place but it’s an excellent solution.

This popped up in my news feed as one of those "15 things you can't live without on Amazon". Out of curiosity I had a look and although it was from the American site, I was directed back to the UK and surprisingly, straight to the item... Yay!Previously, I'd always tried to cover the overflow with a folded flannel held in place with my foot, it didn't prevent the water loss but it slowed it down a bit, so when this drain cover turned up I was amazed at how simple it was and why nobody had thought of it before. Straight up to the bathroom, stuck it over the overflow (with the built in drain hole pointing skywards) and ran a bath.It was absolute bliss to lay in a bath with without the constant sound of the water escaping down the overflow, not to mention that the water now came to within an inch of the top of the bath, total immersion.The only downside is that you have to remember no sudden movements when the bath is that full, otherwise the bathroom will look like you've just launched a cruise ship!Anyway, we've tried it for a couple weeks now and the whole family thinks it's great. Definitely a must have accessory that every bathroom should have!

Amazing! I am a 5'10 tall average built guy and decided to take more baths to help me with recovery from the gym and also for back pain. Initially, my chest and most of my bent knees would be out of the water level! Not very good!I did some research and found this drain cover and was very skeptical at first. It was pretty simple to use, just place over the drain cover - even then I was skeptical as it was not an airtight suction pad. However, to my amazement this has risen the level of my bath by about 2-3 inches (maybe even more!!!) My chest and all of my legs are literally under the water level!Definitely, recommend this

Good product, doesn’t work excellently with my bath plug chain, which hangs down from the overflow drain, but it works somewhat :)It doesn’t quite work as good as the marketing suggests on my bath, but it keeps more water in than without it. It’s huge, bigger than I was expecting shockingly. Also I think it’s not flush because of my bath chain.I wanted to send it back but I was desperate for a deep bath so I gave it a try and I’m glad i kept it as I’m not sure I’d find anything better.Maybe the baths are slightly different in the country of its origin. I can imagine with the right sort of bath it’s an excellent product.It’s got great suction especially when applied while the bath isn’t too wet, but not a great seal with my bath as the plug chain hangs down from the over flow, which this gadget sits over, thereby impeding the flush seal that would form if the bath chain wasn’t there.Also you have to tear the packaging to try it.

I have been craving a deeper bath to languish in but our bath is a corner bath so you can't stretch-out fully and the over flow is situated a few inches down from the top of the bath lip. I was worried that I might have to remove the chain to path through the hole on top of the new device, but I needn't have because I managed to pass the plug through it. Wow! it works perfectly, just as advertised. I enjoyed my first bath which was may be 3 inches deeper than usual, sheer luxury! Also no water leak through the seal either, so levels did not drop at all. Wonderful gadget which was worth every penny!

Honestly, this product is amazing.my heart sunk when I tried to have a bath in my new house, only to discover some dink had installed the overflow 2 thirds of the way up, meaning I couldn't even get the water to cover my belly.I bought this as a last resort, I don't understand how it works as it's literally only held on by suction cups, but it does work, the water wont leak out through the overflow and you can fill the bath right to the top.20 out of 10, can't believe it works, can't believe how good it is. Brilliant product.
