Comfortably holds 4 AAs, I bought two of these for my rechargeable camera batteries. They take up minimum space and have little cups to hold the batteries to prevent rattling, the boxes clip shut securely (takes a bit of encouragement though) and having already dropped them onto a hard wood floor, I can tell you they're pretty robust.They don't feel like cheap quality ones, more like £5.99 ones I was looking at in a high street camera shop (which only help 3 batteries). These also clip together vertically which means there's less chance of me losing them, came in decent packaging and arrived promptly.I really can't fault this product, don't bother splashing out on insanely expensive ones, these do just as well.

These battery storage cases are just as they advertised.They:- are strong;- click close to lock so that the batteries do not fall out;- hold 4 AA batteries or AAA batteries - AA batteries fit sideways and AAA batteries lengthways;- can be connected together; and- are great value.I bought four to carry spare batteries around in my camera bag.Highly recommended

having rechargable batteries rolling about in bags or drawers is not a good idea so having a AA type battery set-up for digital camera i have 8 batteries giving 2 sets this case is so simple but very effective way of storing them in one place and makes them easy to find at the bottom of the camera bag and keeping in a drawer when at home a marker or something to show whether batteries are charged or flat would have been handy i just cut a small piece of card with full printed on one side and flat on the other which i insert into the case with the battery state showing outside the case as it is transparentall in al fast dispatch and delivery and at this price i can forgive having to make my own marker card

I brought this item alonside the new expro batteries I brought and it was handy to carry around especially for a traveller or professional photographer. Although it feels tight around the batteries when you close the lid, it does do the job and keeps them all together so your not fiddling around finding your batteries.In terms of its build, its a dense storage case which makes it strong but not as strong to withstand someone trodding on the empty storage case. The grooves on the sides can be chipped off if smashed with some force.Mine is still in tact even though I've had a few accidents with it but a small plastic got chipped off the side.

After putting up with my rechargeable batteries just lying around in draws I decided to get organised. My first port of call was Amazon & after a bit of searching came across this product. At this price I thought I could not go too far wrong so ordered a pair of them.As usual with Amazon I received them before the stated delivery time. I have both AA & AAA batteries so was happy to find that both can be stored in these units. Makes it easier to keep track of what is charged & when it was charged. Now all my batteries are together in one place & easy to find. I have now ordered more of these so that I have a place for all of my batteries. At this price don't delay just get them ordered.

PROTECT & STORE YOUR BATTERIESAll credit to the supplier, the order was shipped within 4 hours of being placed which is impressive service for an order value of under £2.The battery case is, well, a case for up to four AA or AAA size batteries. I have seen some review comments indicating that this case is not suitable for storing AA size batteries but the Ansmann rechargeable batteries fit easily in the two cases that I received.The construction appears to be durable and the design is functional. At 99p each (delivered) these are a bargain.

I consider these as the photographer's equivalent of magazines that hold bullets.Buy several and put stickers on the cases marked 'charged' and on another put 'empty' (or a green tick and a red cross). This is a lifesaver during wedding photography when you need a split second reload for a spent flashgun and makes it a lot easier when you get home to know what batteries to charge and what not to charge. (Yes, you could put a charged sticker on the front and empty on the back and slot them into your bag with the appropriate face up, but say they fall out and end up loose, or you unload them at home and forget which way they faced in your bag)---- PRO TIP: I have 12 rechargeable batteries, so 3 sets of 4 and I bought 6 of these cases. I have a red sticker on both a 'charged' and 'empty' labelled case, a blue and black on the other pairs. I keep a note of the date when the red, blue and black packs were initially charged. This helps me know when I have to quickly select batteries for a shoot (and I don't have time to do charging) which batteries were most recently charged and likely the fullest.Hope that helps you!
