Short read on ayurveda.

Seriously, It is better to go for a more comprehensive book. This book is very very basic. It can still help those who have never been exposed to ayurveda. I suggest to buy a better book. May be other book by the same author titled 'Prakriti'.

Following him since 2005 one of the best logics and explanations in all his books till date.so simple and basics.

Secrets? Hidden? Free Amazon previews for many Ayurveds books contain more useful information than this brochure by mister Svoboda.

This is the second copy I've bought as I keep giving it to people - it's a fantastic intro to Ayurveda and clearly explains the fundamental concepts of this universal science. Can't recommend it highly enough!
