Luxurious
Absolutely wonderful! Purchased two twin size for my split Cal King adjustable bed. I did place one at a time in the dryer for a full fluff before placing them on the bed. They are absolutely perfect. The elastic straps keep the featherbed from moving on the adjustable bed. So absolutely comfortable and cozy with a touch of luxury. Sadly, I attempted to buy an aditional one in queen size and was not able to get one on Amazon.

My inexpensive mattress feels dreamy with this topper!
I have never purchased a mattress in the past that I have not tried out in a showroom. Having to furnish a NY studio, I decided to order from Amazon after reading many reviews - The Sweetnight Twilight 10” mattress in a box. A pillow top with memory foam & inner springs hybrid for $412.For extra loft, I ordered the Puredown topper. It is absolutely perfect and makes my bed so comfortable. Never slept better!

Exactly what I wanted in a mattress pad; excellent value for price
This mattress pad was delivered a few hours ago, and I have not yet put it on the guest bed mattress. One reviewer had written that the pad had a strong, offensive odor when new and that it took four launderings to reduce the odor to a tolerable degree before it could be used. Although the description of the pad fit all of my criteria, I was hesitant to place the order but decided to take a chance. Immediately out of its plastic packing bag, I detected no odor at all. Completely odorless, and I have a sensitive nose.. I buy a mattress pad to protect the mattress, as well as to hide the mattress that has survived several moves and years on the guest bed. Loft is not among my criteria. 100% cotton on top and bottom is getting increasingly difficult to find; either predominantly polyester or !00% polyester seems to be a trend. This cotton is soft and soundless, not crinkly. I have no reservations about what I consider to be excellent value for the price. As a bonus, it comes packed in a recyclable and handy well-constructed heavy plastic bag with a two-way zipper that wraps around the length and both sides and a substantial carry handle. I recommend this product.. If one is seeking a lofty mattress pad, this is not the one for you. I estimate its thickness as not more than 3/4 inch, and probably less. To me, that is an advantage.

Don’t bother; save your money.
Ok. So, I got this to use on a 20” King Koil twin size air mattress. The air in the mattress made it chilly to sleep on. Although—it was honestly the most comfortable thing I’d ever slept on. So, I steered away from all the “cooling” mattress toppers, and chose this one for its supposed softness and warmth. I wound up not even using this topper on the air mattress, as the mattress developed a hole on the seam that, despite my efforts and various patch solutions, could not be adequately patched. So, in the meantime, I had ordered a Zinus 12” tea infused twin size mattress. Figured I’d try the feather topper on the Zinus, since I was in possession of both products anyway. Well. The feather topper made my first night on the Zinus one of the worst night’s sleep I ever experienced. While the Zinus is very firm but somehow still soft because of the memory foam, the feather topper made it hard and the ultimate in discomfort. I had given it plenty of shaking and fluffing up, plus I let it be for the entire time I allowed the Zinus to expand and fluff up. Two evenings later I set the Zinus on the frame, I put the feather topper on top of that, and placed a sheet on. WORST. NIGHT. EVER. To make matters worse, I was “so sure” that the feather topper was going to be a win that I threw out the packaging with the barcode on it before I even tried the darn thing. So, I can’t return it. Well, that’s completely on me. I took a risk and I blew it. I can’t even, in good conscience, donate this thing. How can I subject some other unsuspecting consumer or end-user to THAT level of discomfort? And as for the down layer, it was next to nothing. I felt a few goose feather quills in the back part. Please do what I didn’t do. Pay attention to the negative reviews and pass on this product. I paid a lot for dumpster fodder, and I regret my mistake.

Thank you.
I have had back pain for so long and adding this topper to my bed has helped sooo much. I have only slept on it two nights but can say so far I have gotten up without back pain. This topper is amazing. Waking without back pain is wonderful. I also have arthritis in my hip and am a side sleeper. Painful to sleep on my side. This is truly wonderful because so far, NO pain. Thank you, thank you.

Very Breathable
I got this topper because I have a fairly firm mattress and I found my shoulder and hip were numb when I woke up because I don't move around much when I sleep. I also needed something that didn't sleep "hot" like memory foam does.I coupled this with a 2" memory foam, using the foam for a bottom layer and this on top. I put a cotton-top protector over the whole thing and it is working great so far.I find it is somewhat soft but not squishy, which gives me a backache, and the whole thing seems to allow for air circulation / heat dispersal under my body so I'm not sweating and the pressure points are relieved.I have not noticed any odor so far--maybe that was a problem addressed by the company?I don't plan on washing it often so cannot rate it on that--typically putting it outside a day in the hot summer sun and plenty of airing is the best practice here--that's what they did in the days of featherbeds.I got this as a warehouse deal in king size for around one hundred dollars and for my purposes I consider it worth the money. I don't know long-term how it will hold up, but I'm fluffing and turning it when I change the sheets and hopefully that will help with compression. I would describe it more as a mattress topper in that it is true that it is not super-soft and lofty as opposed to a true "featherbed", which should be, and as a padded mattress topper it is so far delivering pretty well.Hope this helps if you are undecided.
