I have been using these headsets for about 2 years. The price is right and their product is just what we needed in our classroom. We all know that headphones in any classroom will go through wear and tear-nothing last forever. However, this company will replace broken headphones. I just email them to let them know if my headphone is not working-they ask how many are in need of a replacement-and send them. Replaced ones arrive within 3 to 5 days-free of charge. I also purchased the extended warranty so its like I will not have to purchase any more-for a while. No other questions or return of any damaged/not working headphone. I love this company.

I purchased these for my kindergarten classroom. They are awesome, but cheaply made. After only a few weeks, the cords started separating at the plug and the headphones started making a rattling noise when shaken. However, the company was wonderful about replacing headphones that broke (be sure to sign up for the 1 year warranty via the card that comes in your original package). The new pairs arrived within days of me making the claim, and they were prompt with their response.UPDATE: I reached out to the company again when the other headphones started having the same problem described above. They were very kind and swift with their response and sent a new pack of thicker and stronger headphones to try. These headphones are much better. Wish I had purchased a set of them first. Great company!

I bought these to use as a class set in August. They fit the kids' heads well, and the sound quality is great. They are flexible which has helped prevent them from being broken. Unfortunately I have had a few sets that stopped working. However, the company offers a warranty and I have applied to have them replaced through the warranty. If that comes through, I will be thrilled because they should get us through the rest of the school year. Worth the price for sure!

Teaching I bought many of these in bulk and the wires get mixed up and the speakers don't work within the first few months. If you expect these to last a school year and you teach middle school kids they will not last. If you have kids you trust using these then you should be okay.

bought these as "disposable" headphones for the kids to use with devices and tablets. for this price it was hard to find any other competitive choice with consistent reviews.They sound is reasonable and clear, the colors are bright and enjoyable for the kids. they fit securely and comfortably on a variety of head sizes from toddler to teenager. we had wanted the variety pack, but it is a very popular seller and often back-ordered so we went with the blue and were not disappointed.So far the pads have held up well, and the cords have survived torture testing by a toddler. I didnt expect these to be indestructible, but they have honestly held up better than i expected.they have worked on every 3.5mm output we have tried (phones, tablets, dvd player in car, etc...)

These headphones are hard for students to adjust to fit. One of the earpieces ripped off severing the wire within minutes of first use. 6-8 pairs out of 20 didn’t work new out of the box. Students could hear the app background music and not the spoken directions. Spinning the headphone jack in the plug completely changed the sound and was caused lots of static. Sometimes that worked to get the volume to work if you could find the perfect spot and angle and make sure it didn’t move. If you’re interested in these “cheap” headphones buy twice as many as you need and hopefully half of them will work well enough for students. I would not buy these again.Edited to add that now that my students have used the working headphones a handful of times, we’re down to 2 or 3 working pairs.

I would not buy these again. I bought them for my 4th grade class who, to be fair, can be hard on electronics, but within a week of getting these, I already have 3 of them that are not functioning. Most of the problems seem to be the wires around the plug breaking down from them being plugged into and pulled out of the audio jack. The durability of the wires is not great. One of them that quit working, I did not have to tug on the wire very hard for it to pull apart. I have gotten cheap dollar store headphones and earbuds in the past that have lasted an entire school year.

This is a great product for the money. I use them in my 5th grade classroom. Purchased them in 2020 and have had no issues with them until May of 2022. Two were damaged and I contacted the company about replacements not realizing they were no longer under warranty. The company contacted me in a very timely manner letting me know they were past the 1 year warranty, but would go ahead and send me a pair anyway!! I was so surprised at this response and grateful for their generosity. I will not hesitate to purchase these again when I need replacements.
