This book arrived on time and as advertised. I needed this book for a HVAC Electrical Motor Controls class. The only con is, this book does not provide the Cengage code for MindTap. So if students are hoping for a cheaper way to access MindTap, sorry you'll have to pay full price.

this is a great book, the chapters are short, easy to finish and focus on a specific topic; sometimes it seems almost too simple, but i think its because everything is so clear. it has a few chapters about PLCs at the end, but this is a book about motors, wiring motors and starting motors. it discusses all the circuitry needed to start and wire motors: it talked about different kinds of relays, different kinds of switches, different kinds of buttons, various pressure switches, float switches and temperature switches. i was taking an intro class on PLCs and i got a lot out of this even though there's just a few chapters on PLCs.

Great book and a great price. $57 fir a new book is a bargain
