Easy to swallow, for on the go mommies
4 stars, as these are very expensive for something I would pay £3 a kg (that's about 3 jars worth!) from a local asian store! But for those who find it hard to swallow or who dont have the time or resources, this is definitely a winner.My sole purpose was for increasing my milk supply for nursing the baby, but I can't really comment if it 100% works, as he is only 3 months old. So far it's been going well and baby feeds very well with lots of dirty nappies. Fenugreek has been known as a "super food" for milk production, so I won't argue that point. Plus, it's supposed to be really good for my digestion and helps in weight loss, so added bonus!

Vegan and stylish
I have to admit that I have never heard about Fenugreek before! The package arrived fast, looks modern and stylish. The description is helpful. Very happy to the that those capsules are vegan! The capsules keep the smell of the product well protected, have opened one and it smells like a spice, actually really good!
