I tried the out Walgrens had a trial pack with the 3 you need. OMG it really worked. I have long hair the shampoo was OK but need more conditioner. So I bought more from amazon... Walgreens stopped carrying this but get all 3 if u want to try it outif your hair is flat or thining over 40 it helps
