The item was labeled as WHOLE RYE flour in the item description. Upon arrival it turned out to be at most medium but looks more like white rye flour. Nothing wrong with the quality though as it seems to be really good. Just really misleading and waste of money as I have 50 lb white flour bag and needed whole rye for starters

I could not find rye flour in any of my local grocery stores, so I ordered this flour. It arrived quickly and I was very happy that they included a recipe for rye bread. I just made for the second time and my husband loves it.
