UPDATED! BEAUTIFUL SHOES, so-so execution on the fulfillment part!
UPDATE: So I went back and bought a pair of these in black with the 3" heels (because why not) for a ballroom showcase, looked amazing! Thanks so much!! Took no time at all to break in and they lasted me really well through my 8 heats (not a lot but enough for my first showcase!)So, I do love these shoes. I just started taking ballroom dance and I was using some old Capezio character shoes to dance, but those don't quite move the way I needed them to, so this was perfect. My instructor told me, once I'd ordered them, that you usually have to order a half size smaller for dance shoes. These work but I had to punch some extra holes to get a nice snug fit, which is fine because the length fit fine, but I guess I have teeny ankles so that may just be me. I am using some New-Skin Liquid Bandage 0.3 FL OZ, Liquid Bandage for Hard-to-Cover Cuts, Scrapes, Wounds, Calluses, and Dry, Cracked Skin on my heels to break them in a little since they're a little teensy bit snug.I only have one issue, which is that instead of the rose gold/gold depicted in the photo, I got a pair of all gold shoes (which are still beautiful and since I needed them to practice anyway I went ahead and used them), but there were no heel caps in the shoebox (which is listed in the item description). So I love the shoes, I would have loved them even more if they were the rose gold (I love rose gold) but just need to double check your fulfillment!

My favorite dance shoe (heel too high)
These are my favorite dance shoes. They are technically Latin/Tango shoes, but I like to use them for ballroom too. They look AMAZING and are surprisingly comfortable. The peep toe also shields your foot a bit form being kicked. I say they are a bit large, but I've heard that's only on the small end. I usually wear a sz 6 shoe, but wear a 5.5 dance shoe. I'd recommend buying them from a local dance studio your first time to make sure you get the right fit. They will also tell you how to use your shoe brush and put on heel caps.I had this exact shoe for 2 years of regular dancing (2-3 lessons/week). When I was getting back to dancing a year later I only wore them a few times because they were shot. I bought these for a fancy ball, but didn't break them in first or bring extras (like a rookie). After Viennese Waltzing through the Blue Danube, me feet were shot. Even though these are great shoes, cover your feet when you're breaking them in - socks, blister pads, and bandages have worked for me - and ALWAYS bring a backup!Edit: The shoes never broke in properly and I finally compared them to my old shoes. The heel on these are WAY higher than my previous ones. The heel doesn't flatten out on top, forcing you to lean forward on your toes. Maybe this is ideal for Salsa, but smooth or Tango is pretty rough. To make any long movements, it's like squat-stepping on your tiptoes. Unfortunately I'll have to buy a new pair with less heel height.

Great Shoes for Beginners
I just started training to be a teacher and needed some better fitting shoes (I am a performer and have several pairs of character shoes). They are great for the price!PRO. This is really the best price for these shoes- especially since they include a set of heel protectors. They came in a neat box AND a carrying bag (granted, the bag is not well made, but..). BEWARE. The satin part of the shoe in the picture looks more peachy-pink. The ACTUAL color is more tan gold. It makes a great leg line for shorter women like myself ;). Also, make sure you know the sizing. I had tried on different styles from the same company (Very Fine) and knew that my 7.5 street shoe size translates to a 6.5 in this brand.CONS. If you have sensitive feet like mine, the leather strap of the peep toe might bother your feet (I got blisters on the first wear). Just be prepared to break them in. From what I hear, satin strap shoes do not have as long of a break-in period, so just be mindful of that when you buy.All in all, GREAT value for the price.

Not what you see on the pic. Careful with size. Nice shoes
Does not look like on the picture, but that was not the reason why I am returning. I normally wear 8, so I ordered 1/2 size smaller like is the unwritten rule when it comes to dancing shoes. Well, this seems to run true to normal sizes, and 7 1/2 us just too small. I like this shoes, seems nice cut and sturdy (for dancing shoes). Good for practice shoes, otherwise nothing "extra" nice for competition shoes.

Poorly made, no support for feet.
The shoe is very narrow in the toe. I have an average width, but it was extremely uncomfortable. They hurt the balls of my feet as soon as I put them on, too much pressure from lack of proper support . The shoes are not well-made; the bottom seemed to be made of disintegrating corkboard. I figured it would be a gamble based on where they're made and the price, but I've had bargain dance shoes that were much better than these. They also came in a box that looked like it was ten years old.

Very cute! Get the job done!
These have been great! They are my first pair of ballroom shoes so I didn’t realize that they have a “quick release” clasp Thought that was strange at first but my dance instructor helped me out with all that. These are great for an hour or two and then you really start to feel the burn. But I don’t wear heels all day, would likely be easier for someone who is used to heels.

Disappointing
Only gave it 2 stars because as I arrived to my dance social the clasp on the right shoe I noticed was broken when I put it on. In the 10 years of dancing I have never had that happen. Luckily someone had a safety pin And I didn’t have to go home. I only had these shoes since August 9, 2019. Hadn’t even worn them 10x.

Great shoes for the price
I needed shoes for salsa/bachata class and these were looked perfect. I was worried of the quality since I couldn’t feel them and see them in person but went ahead and ordered. They arrived on time and upon trying them on, they were perfect. Size is true to size (wear and 8 and bought an 8) and the quality is great. They have been great for my classes and social dancing. The only negative thing I can say is that I thought I was getting 3 inch heels and these are more like 2 1/4 heels. It worked out in the end because the lower heels allow me to dance longer without toting.
