Just received this and it didn’t have a seal? Also says on the back not for individual sale??,

I believe these products are gifts with purchase that sometimes comes with a specific promotion from Clinique. So now a 3rd party is selling these free gifts. I have purchased several of these because they are really inexpensive per ounce. Even though they are smaller in size.
