I've noticed that since I've started taking this supplement, a piercing I've had trouble with has gotten better.

I found out a long time ago that Lysine will keep any type of mouth sores, things if that nature, in check. Mouth sores are very painful. At first I took one daily. Now I only need one about twice a week. Good stuff!
