Use these all the time, reliable and well built. Would recommend as a small footprint, silent desktop PC

I used Kingdel system for the past few years, I am a fan of their product and been using their fanless PCs in various different projects, the company earned a good reputation with good quality products. To be fair, I will detail what I liked and what can be improved, overall the product did score a 4/5 which means great: A) What's good about it: ==================== 1) Arrival: The product arrived in a thick box, double-packed with another box, all parts are protected with foam, with bubble-wrap inside to ensure no damage during shipping. 2) Design: Compact, not the smallest but given the functionality, the size was pretty compact comparing to other devices, the fanless part operated by shifting heat into the (all metallic cover) which acts as a heat sink, which is designed to conduct a great heat dissipation, the back size has all parts that you don't usually move much, things like Power, HDMI, DisplayPort, 4 x USB-3's, WIFI Antennas, RJ45 (LAN 1GBps), whilst the front has 3 x USB2 ports and the power button to connect devices on the move such as keyboard, mouse, and a stick drive if needed. 2) Connectivity (External): The system offered Dual-WIFI, Bluetooth, HDMI, VGA, 2 x Serial Ports, 4 x USB3, 3 x USB2, Power, LAN, and finally the Power cable takes 12V. 3) Connectivity (Internal): The system comes in with a built-in M2 SSD drive, this can be replaced with higher capacity if needed, also comes in with 32GB RAM, using 2 slots of 16GB RAM, and finally comes in with a SATA connector and SATA Power to add another SSD or Mechanical 2.5" drive. 4) Operation: I connected all cables, added my 2TB SATA Drive as per photos and then powered up, the system came up with Windows 10 PRO, which I was pleased to see, check the drivers nothing is missing or has any exclamation marks, all seems to have been installed and bundled at factory. 5) Load: I tested with various software for video throughput, recorded multi sources, edited, and also 3D cad software, all functioned as expected, ... the system did get hotter when I touched the surface, performance slightly reduced (by 10%) when I added more sources for video rendering, but nothing major, the system functioned as I have hoped. B) Things I though need improvement: ============================== 1) When holding the unit up and moving it, I kept hearing clicking as-if something broken inside, when looking further it seems the power button was mounted slightly further than the switch, I used the screwdriver to re-fit and that solved the problem, also things can be used like a stick tape if needed to ensure this does not go off in future. 2) What didn't make sense for me was one of the screws covered with the warranty label to prevent users from unscrewing the unit... however, in the same box is included with a SATA cable and a SATA power that can only be installed after unscrewing the unit, ... so, I had to break the warranty label to access the drive compartment, perhaps that sticker shouldn't be there, or the hard drive can be accessed in another way. 3) The system comes in with an HDMI and VGA ports, I thought it would be helpful to include another HDMI port to allow dual monitors in the same 4K resolution as VGAs are usually limited to less. 4) The drivers was not included by any means to allow customers to install their own OS, ... I checked by contacting the Kingdel customer support and they were quick in replying back with a compiled list of drivers to help on that front, in future, perhaps the system can have a Folder on a Desktop or Downloads somewhere to say (Drivers) to copy into another system, or if better, a USB stick included to ensure it's always there in case the disk is formatted. Performance-wise: this system is meant to be used for browsing, internet, video playback, I used it to some video editing and OBS , with that it did struggle a little bit, but that's me pushing the boundaries. Overall, I thought the system worked quite well, and the support team did a very good job when I reached out to them about the driver issue. I was very happy with my unit and will be using in future.

Amazing service, prompt delivery, excellent communication, 5 star seller As for the product it is performing amazingly. This afternoon I had Bluebeam Revu, Amazon Music, Chrome, Sky Go, Outlook, Excel and File Explorer all open at once and the CPU was not even at 20%. RAM was at 35%. There is no delay, Lag, flickering or any fault I can find at all so far. I even have a 3840x1200 monitor and it takes everything I can throw at it in its stride. Admittedly I am not a gamer but I'm pretty sure that it would be able to cope with most games out there. The only drawback is no CD drive but I got over that quickly after seeing that the whole PC is smaller than my WIFI router! I really cant understand how something so small can be so powerful, and silent as well. As in other reviews you have to pay the customs duty but this is refunded promptly, make sure you keep the duty payment confirmation email/receipt though. Cant recommend enough Very happy customer :-)

The Specs look impressive ! However, this is a machine built with graphics card built into the CPU hence quality of the graphics is something to be desired. The support offered post sales is of a standard that is in it's infancy and the only option is to communicate via amazon chat. Refrain from offering five stars before you get the outcome desired. I sent mine back.

I bought the mini PC to carry it to multiple office locations who had monitors to match. I use thesystem with Superior product No fan no noise Ribbed cover dissipates heat even in a tropical climate perfectly I suggest to order with 512 Gb SSD as 256 Gb turns out to be to small if you numerous Apps and AppData runs out of space

Delivery was within the time stated, it was well packed and arrived in good condition. Pros and Cons. Pros Silent operation, which is also a con, very fast. Cons The power LED is virtually impossible to see as either the mounting board or the front panel whole is way off, so that the led is effectively doing nothing. There is also a second LED on the same board which I assume is meant to be a drive activity indicator, but as I have said, there is only one hole on the front panel which is way off from the LED so what use the second LED is escapes me. The unit runs very hot, Crystal Disk Info show that the system SSD when playing a video or doing a large download has reached 70 degrees C. Not having had a fanless PC before, I have no idea if this is normal, but it is 40 degrees above that of my desktop, so I have it running with the base plate removed and that has reduced the temperature down by about 30 degrees, which should increase it's life. Another con is the almost complete absence of detailed paperwork which I suppose is not an overwhelming thing but I do like to know what is what when I buy a piece of kit, eg there is a red LED in the middle of the board, what is that supposed to indicate, bearing in mind that with the base plate on, I probably wouldn't have even seen it. I upgraded the M.2 drive with a PCIe drive and added another 500Gb 2.5in SSD, this is used in a small music studio and works well. On the whole I am pleased with my purchase, just wish a little more care was taken in it's design and more information given about it's operation. A word about the company KIngdel, very very swift replies to queries, allowing for time differences have received replies to queries the same day. My PC was advertised as having an i7 8550 chip but this had been upgraded to the 8650 which runs a bit faster, so very pleased with that. All in all this is a good company to do business and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

After 8 months of use, and pleased with it,I heard a big noise and the computer shut down. Luckily, it was just the power supply. I ordered one online and Brett, from the customer support team, refunded the price of it. He was extremely courteous, very quick to respond and very professional. I recommend them and their product. The computer is as advertised, very fast, silent and very compact.

Runs silent and cool Comes with activated Windows 10 Pro which I assume is OEM and tied to the hardware, but that's fine for the price. 256GB m.2 Sata card is quite fast and 1TB HHD is as expected.
