I have been using the Croc products for about 15+ years. Actually this same model, but just got face-lifts over time.My first flat iron died after 4/5 years due to my neglect and dropping it repeatedly on the floor. My second one 'lived' for roughly 13ish years when the heating element died. This second croc went through many trip and moves over the years (military). I loved it so much I got the same model again!!!!The titanium plates and infrared light actually does an amazing job with shine and smoothness! I do of course use heat protectant as well. I have has ZERO issues with my hair getting 'fried' on the ends using this particular model. I highly recommend it!!!

When I recieved my product, I was pleasantly surprised by the solidness of the iron and the width of the ceramic head.Performance was also amazing.

I’ve used croc for 16 years & didn’t need to replace until 11. Upgraded and gave my daughter the older model. Hair is done is less than 20 minutes silly and bone straight. Definitely worth it

The plate on the inside was chipped in several places on arrival.

I cannot say it's any better than The flat iron that I already have, other than it feels more lightweight but the results are pretty much the same. I spent a lot more money on this than my old $30 flat iron. I guess I thought I would be blown away with the results. I am former hair stylist so it is not a lack of knowing how to flatter my hair.

CROC is what my wife classifies as a high end flat iron. The flat iron of flat irons - the best. She has tried several flat irons and this by far is the best of the best. She has done all her research and this has been the perfect iron for her. She has tried several other brands but came highly recommended from her stylist. Wife is happy and has added this to her hair tools arsenal along with the Dyson hair dryer.

My hair stylist recommended this straightener and believe me when I tell you I've tried them all!. I was very skeptical because they have all seemed the same to me. Even expensive ones have turned out to be disappointing. I have very thick, curly hair and could never get it completely straight without spending a ton of time. The croc is completely different. It straightens my hair like I just left the salon. I LOVE IT!!! I highly recommend it. I know it's a little pricey but it's worth it.
