Its really disappointing and a terrible purchase !! - Its really disappointing paying a huge sum and getting a defective product! Everything is absolutely fine except for the hard disk ! I tried to just exchange just the hard disk but its terrible to know that it won't be replaced ! I don't mind if its desertcart Fulfilled or Seller Fulfilled, all I need a product i paid for ! I installed everything and now I cant remove everything and pack for a complete return, when you could just replace the hard disk ! After reading tons of desertcart does for its customers, this is really disappointing and I am left clueless ! Just for this reason I would really dont recommend this product and I hope desertcart takes serious action towards this! I dont wanna be involved if its issue with desertcart or Seller, all I want is the product I paid and promised for ! I wouldnt even give a single star but desertcart does not let me submit my comment without the single star ! I replaced the order and now i received a faulty cameras, power supply and half the cable of what was promised ! Only the DVR and Hard disk was working this time ! I seriously hope desertcart takes action about this ! Its was a frustrating, time consuming and useless purchase of all my years of buying in desertcart ! Review: Product worth exceeds the price. - Very good CCTV cameras and DVR at this price. Easy setup done by professional. Night vision is excellent. The images are also of nice quality.

Product worth exceeds the price.
Very good CCTV cameras and DVR at this price. Easy setup done by professional. Night vision is excellent. The images are also of nice quality.

Not water proof
Please see water bubles in front of camera lense, is it not water proof? Pls advise what to be done.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The 1 TB harddisk delivered to me was not working (It was a refurbished item and a faulty harddisk). I had buy a new harddisk. Please do not buy from this seller. And also the SMPS provided was a very cheap quality. The BNC connectors were also of very low quality. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER.

Hard disk is not working
Hard disk is not working . I have already install all cameras and finally when I checked for recording , hard disk is not detecting by DVR. Now it's not possible to remove all wire connectors and all and replace it.

Duplicate product
Do not buy this product. I have got cheap quality Hard disk drive that used in laptops and the same has damaged with in one week.
