Great knife..!!
This knife is extremely sharp with heavy steel. It doesn't look cheap but I can feel professional. This works amazingly for slicing the seaweed rolls which requires a very sharp knife. Worthy of the price..!!

Nice knife, but...
The knife is beautiful and the box it arrives in is a nice touch. The knife is very sharp and cuts well. It has a nice balanced weight and makes short work of prep. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the knife pictured IS NOT the knife I received. There are no divots on the blade. The blade I received is perfectly smooth. I contacted the seller and never received a response back. All in all, it's a nice knife but what you see is not what you get and the customer service is non existent.
