I specifically suffer from acid reflux that creates almost constant mucus in my throat. Sometimes it would last for days and I just couldn’t get right until I starved myself clean. My mom handed this to me all of a week after I heard about algae floats from a gastro on youtube. Unpleasant story- Before getting on my flight to visit my mom I stuffed myself not wanting to be hungry while I traveled. Heartburn obviously. Then I got in the back of an uber and got myself carsick. Vomit on the way to the airport- all acid and mucus. Puke on both my flights out- all mucus. I get my moms place and tell her my woes; she hands me this stuff- everything is instantly better. I used this after every meal for 3-4 days, and now once a day if i need it and every night. My life is completely different. Its only been two weeks. I wanted to wait awhile to review it but I just do t see why it isn’t worth trying. Half a spoonful does this job- wash it down with a few sips of water but not enough to rinse my throat out. Tastes like carmel. Unbelievable product. Came into my life at the perfect time. Honestly might have saved my life. Thank you. Seriously thank you.

This product is a 5 star in several different ways. I love the taste. I like sweets and this is like liquid caramel. I use it at night. I have had a diagnosis of GERD for decades. And I had a post nasal drip, which was weird since I've never snorted anything and it did not respond to allergy medicines.. Daily omeprazole and famotidine partially reduced my coughing but I still have so much mucus in my throat that I would cough at night, particularly when I reposition or get up in the morning. I have been embarrassed to travel with others because of all the hacking I'd do. I started using this several months ago. What a difference! I hardly cough at all any more. That post nasal drip, gone! I never have mucus that needs to come up anymore. So, although my drs never told me about LPR, laryngeal pharyngeal refux. So, for decades this was missed. it is obvious that reflux was causing all the problems. I have stopped the allergy medicines and will see if I can wean myself off the omeprazole and/or the famotidine. I cannot be happier about finding this.

What a surprise! This is the reason medicine isn’t flavored really well, because I want to eat this on ice cream. Exceptionally effective, and helps with my reflux pain by preventing it in the first place. Easy to take - just measure and swallow the liquid. It’s smooth like a caramel sauce, and tastes just as good!

Delicious and it works well! I have had night time reflux for years, and I wish I could say this was a cure, but unfortunately it won’t completely replace my Pepcid. It naturally wears off after 4 hours, which isn’t the product’s fault, since that’s just how the body breaks it down. But it’s a great addition, and I am hoping I can cut back ti a lower dose of Pepcid soon. If I was using it for daytime reflux, I’d probably give it 5 stars.

Works better than pills. The only disadvantage is that it has to be the LAST thing eaten or drunk. Take a drink from a water fountain, you have to take it again. Handful of peanuts? You have to take it again. And it's EXPENSIVE. But it WORKS! I can go to sleep after taking it, and there is no more reflux at night! It's not a matter of blocking acid reflux -- it blocks that feeling like things are trying to come back. It also blocks something called "Silent Reflux" == fluids that reflux that you don't even know are there! I'm using this stuff after my larynx got cut up, and IT GENUINELY WORKS!

I have severe acid reflux and am on medication as well - unfortunately this did not help me at all. My own doctor uses it and likes it and recommended it to me. Lots of people say it helps them. The flavor was very nice, it’s like an ice cream topping taste and texture. I would recommend it for someone just starting to have acid reflux based on the taste alone. I wish there were a sample size available because this stuff is expensive.

Day 1 and so far this has eliminated my LPR symptoms. Tastes pretty good and more importantly no more coughs. I was able to sleep without the coughs and wake up in the morning with no coughs. The relief has been amazing. Now I wish there is a travel size so I can bring in my carry on bag. (Took away a star for that)

Reflux Gourmet is pleasant tasting and has prevented any late night Reflux which has been a major issue with me.
