Great System, Relatively Easy Install, and Excellent Customer Service
I recently installed the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, and overall, I’m very happy with the product. The installation process was relatively easy, especially thanks to the generous length of tubing included. This allowed me to assemble the unit and make all the necessary connections outside of the cabinet first. Once I confirmed everything was working properly, I was able to neatly move the fully connected system under the sink - a big time and hassle saver. My old system that I was replacing had much shorter tubing and it was quite a pain to change the filters and to remove the system.I did run into an issue with a leaky RO faucet a couple of weeks after installation, but iSpring’s customer service really impressed me. I reached out and was quickly helped by Nick, who arranged for a replacement faucet that arrived just a few days later. The quick and helpful support made a great difference and gave me extra confidence in the brand. The system works well and the water tastes good. The black faucet design is also a nice touch and complements our kitchen nicely.Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to install/replace a reverse osmosis system with one that was relatively easy to install and had great customer support when it was needed.

Great filter, fairly easy install, and superb customer service
This water filter system is easy to install and gives really clean water. On top of that, customer service is superb. For the installation, you will need a few tools, especially if you have to drill a hole to put the drinking faucet on your sink. If you have a fourth hole on your sink for a sink sprayer, you can do what I did and replace your faucet with one that has an integrated sprayer and use the fourth hole for the drinking faucet. Other than that, most of the installation is quite smooth. The directions are very detailed, so please follow them. If you're not much of a DIY person, you can probably get this installed if you follow the directions to the letter - they're that detailed. It might take you a few hours, but it is doable. If you're really good at DIY stuff, you really should still follow the directions, but you can probably do it pretty fast.I do recommend installing the leak sensor and, if you have another flood sensor, perhaps from a security system, it wouldn't go amiss. I have had absolutely no leak issues, but it gives me peace of mind. The filters and pressure tank occupy a substantial amount of space under the sink, as the picture shows. If you want a filter that does what you need, there's no real way around this because other smaller filters lack the capacity to make the water this pure. For water quality, I live in a place where the water is pretty hard. Water comes out of this faucet really pure, with none of that hard mineral taste.Lastly, if something goes wrong during your install process, iSpring's customer service is impeccable. I accidentally snapped a tank valve (please don't overtighten it!), so I contacted them. John kindly sent another complimentary part as well as a few other small parts that could have been necessary and he was really nice about it. You're buying a good product and you're getting the service you need.

Best way to get good, clean, tasty drinking/cooking water.
This is a great product. We bought/installed the same unit in our house about 7 years ago and really enjoyed it. We moved recently and realized how much we missed it so we bought another one. The water tastes great and it's reassuring to know that the toxins in the water nowadays is being removed. The initial price is very good as are the replacement cartridges. The installation is easy. Be careful with the tubing and mark them 1/2" deep to ensure they all get inserted the entire distance. Double check for any slow leaks. if you don't bend the water tubes too much, you shouldn't have any issues. The company seems to stand behind the product.

Great customer support. Great product highly efficient at filtering contaminants!
Just got my iSpring RCC7AK RO system. The plumber who was installing it noticed a slight bent housing around the O-ring, and we contacted the company. Nick from customer service was very helpful and found the resolution on the spot and sending us replacement filter housings. He was super helpful. Plumber eventually was able to work around it and install it successfully. It is working great so far. TDS levels dropped dramatically, the water tastes amazing, even better than Deer Park bottled water that I was buying constantly. Fast, friendly support and a great system overall!

Very happy with purchase.
The installation of this was very easy. It will take up more space than you expected. This is a very good product. It took me about an hour to install. I have done construction all my life so it was easy. I highly recommend watching the video first on YouTube. If you have not done installs like this before figure two to three hours. The quality of the water is very good. I have well water at my house and it removes the metalic taste of the water. I love the flavor. One thing to keep in mind it the 12% efficiency. I believe this means to make 10 gallons of drinking water it will use 83 gallons of city water. For me it is worth it. I collect the water to use in my yard.
