Versatile and well built
Versatile unit that works perfectly in my studio. The top plate I built allows me more room and the adjustable position allows it to blend into my studio desk ( I used liquid stands for the desk but this blends really well). It also saved me $$ on rack adapter plates.Like the other reviewer‘s mod, I’ll probably (edit: I did) add another rack space into the top/middle section.Casters maybe aren’t the best and leave marks, but that’s kind of expected at this price and easily upgraded if it bothers you.Edit: I did add the extra rack rails, but unlike the other person, the rails I ordered ( I got 4u rails from Amazon with the same type of insert nuts instead of threaded holes) were too narrow and I had to add 1/8“ of aluminum (1“ width) bar to each side. I drilled out 3/8“ holes and bolted it all together with nylon washers against the frame on both sides so it can rotate. I might change the 3/8“ nut out for a through bolt t-handle down the road, but since I also used a lock washer on each side, keeping the right tension hasn’t been a problem.

Good!
Just like the description. I used it for a 24ch mixer with 2 power amps and 2 wireless mic transmitters for church and it fit perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase

Great racks.
Can’t beat these for the money. 4 stars instead of five because one of mine arrived with rust in places and the other I’m fairly certain was a return due to the way it was packaged and marks on the metal. I kept them because I had pressing need and I don’t think these issues will lead to problems.

Shocking Discovery: Proper Assembly = Rock-Solid Rack!
I have to say, the Rack Mount Rolling Stand & Adjustable Mixer Platform Rails by GRIFFIN absolutely punches above its price class. Given some of the lower reviews, I half expected to open the box and find a pile of scrap metal held together with duct tape and wishful thinking. Instead, what I got was a solid, well-built rack that does exactly what it’s supposed to do—hold heavy gear securely. Imagine that.We loaded ours up with an old JBL power amp that weighs a ton, and guess what? The rack didn’t collapse into a pile of regret. Everything feels sturdy, well-constructed, and reliable. Now, I’ve seen a few reviews whining about how “wobbly” it is, which makes me wonder—did they actually follow the assembly instructions, or did they just shake the box and hope the rack assembled itself? If you can’t put together a simple piece of equipment like this, maybe you should reconsider whether you’re qualified to operate the gear you’re planning to put in it.Bottom line: If you want a rock-solid rack at a great price, this is it. Do yourself and your wallet a favor—buy it. Just make sure you have the basic skills required to assemble it before leaving a one-star review.

Jury-rigged adaptation works for me.
This is a sturdy solid piece of audio component furniture. I jury-rigged it to suit my purpose. The well was too wide for my reel to reel, (I knew before I purchased it) so I placed 2×4 to lay the reel to reel against, and I placed 2 ×4 on the bottom as a shelf for my guitar amp and reel to reel tapes.Perfect for my needs.

An excellent rack for the studio!
Overall I am very pleased with this equipment rack. It is well engineered and extremely sturdy with a very nice finish. The assembly was extremely easy and all the parts fit together perfectly. I mounted a very large digital mixer in this rack and it fit perfectly less the round cross beam across the top of which I removed. The mixer was a tad too tall but it still worked like a charm. The wheels are a very nice addition and make moving it around the studio very easy. The only thing that I was not really impressed with is the use of over-sized rack inserts for the rack rails. I would prefer to have pre-drilled rack rails with the standard 10-32 threads found on every other rack in my studio. These inserts use a larger screw that is commonly used on telecom and server racks. They work just fine for the intended purpose but it will be a bit of a pain to hunt these down when I add something to the rack. Not a show stopper as the rack is an awesome piece of gear. I still give it a 5 stars because it was exactly what I needed.

Low quality control. I received a defective rack
The media could not be loaded. I like the rack and wheels sturdiness, the materials are good. Unfortunately, this rack came crooked, it seems like this company has poor quality control. Also, you have to guess about which screws to use when assembling the rack. The manual could be better explained, it is almost useless. This review is because one of the wheels did not reach the floor even when unscrewing it to the max allowance before it would come off. I wrote the seller on Amazon a few days ago, but have had no answers yet. I will update this review as soon I receive a response from the seller. My updated 10/11/2023: The seller was timely responsive to my questions, ultimately, I was offered a 6% courtesy refund, which is no significant to me for a crooked rack, so I have decided to return it instead.12/02/2023 UPDATE: Note, this seller charges "restocking fees" on returned items even if you have received a defective one. (It's a shame) Why does Amazon allow this?Good luck on your next purchase!
