This style works the best for me to pull clothes out of the dryer and roll them straight into this bag waiting below. Unfortunately, the materials it is made out of seems like the type of plastic-y cloth that tends to get brittle over time and tear. What I like about this laundry basket is that it is not too tall or awkward for me to carry. It fits on a folding chair and is ergonomic--doesn't strain my back. It fits perfectly on my wheelchair which I plan to use to take it to the laundry room. While doing the laundry I can sit on my wheelchair and be comfortable. The only challenge for me was folding it and unfolding it (it does not come with instructions). If you've had similar products, you will know how to twist and fold it. It would be nice if it came with a carrying pouch to store it in. The photo is deceptive. This basket holds 2 loads of laundry plus it has 2 pockets--one for laundry soap and fabric softeners and another for your personal items--dog toy, dog treats, cell phone, laundry card etc. It's very well made but came in a plastic bag folded with what looks like soy sauce stains on the tape fastened to the bag. It is perfect for a small apartment. It can also be used as a storage basket for linens, toys, socks...anything soft.

The square version is a great little basket, sturdy and folds easily. However, the opening is small and the basket does not hold a full load of laundry. Great for small loads, but I'll need to order something else for regular loads.Update: Company offered to reimburse the cost of this basket because we weren't completely satisfied. I declined, as we will find another use for it, but we appreciate the customer service.

I have a bunch of similar pop-up hampers that I got at Costco years ago. I expected these ones to be the same size, and they are not; they are smaller. The surprise is my fault in that I did not read the dimensions before I ordered. That said, they will still work well for me. I use these pop-ups to store down sleeping bags, down comforters and pillows when they are not in use--anything made of fibers/feathers that are best not stored compressed. The large size holds one sleeping bag loosely. They fold up easily and keep the items inside reasonably contained. If they had a drawstring closure on top, to keep items completely inside, I would give them the fifth star.

This is a very solid little basket. I bought the smaller, square model and it is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Needed something to fit at the bottom of the closet for my husband's work clothes that need to be separated for dry clean. The top of the basket does taper in a little bit. The metal frame is very solid and holds its structure better than other little baskets I've seen.

This thing is sturdy! It carries well when loaded! And you can fit A LOT in this thing!I got the shorter cube model. Basically- you can fit 1 1/2 loads in it, if you live in an apartment with the cheap old washing machines. I'm considering buying a 2nd just to keep my whites and darks separate. For under $10 and considering the quality, it's worth it!

It's high quality material. I throw all my clothes, towel and soaps in it for showering and it's holding up. It's difficult to fold up again, but I can squish it to fit into small spaces if I want to.

Strogest, most durable I have used. Only one gripe, I find them impossible to fold into their original compact shape. The turn and twist instruction and video are not helpful.

It holds its shape independently. The handles are made out of very thick material with what appears to be nylon. Kinda like rain coat material. It is not made entirely of mesh so it should hold up longer.It holds a lot of clothes so far. I would buy another one. Nice side pocket you would use for a small bottle of detergent and fabric softer sheets. Can be folded back up when empty.

It's not often you can find a square laundry hamper and this is ideal. Should I need to I will purchase again....it's perfect
