As the temperatures moderate in the transition from winter to spring, this jacket is perfect for keeping warm, but not overbearing. I found it to be heavier than microfleece but lighter than heavyweight fleece.At 5'9"/200 lbs, I required the XL because of upper torso size. The length was a tad too long but not noticeable in appearance. Color-wise, I would not call this black, but more oriented towards charcoal gray/charcoal.For me, I like the style, roominess and a trusted name.

I wear this almost daily as part of my uniform as a corrections officer. I’ve been on the job for 4 years and I have only replaced it once. I’m on my second jacket and I probably have another 6 months or so of wear left. This is washing it every three days or so too! That’s amazing for the price. If it were $100 I’d probably pay the money it’s so worth it! And even after replacing I use it as a garage jacket or fire cutting jacket for a mother year or so. The elbows start getting a little thin that’s the only reason I even have to replace it. So really it gets double used. Definitely will get your moneys worth out if it! I’m highly recommend this fleece to anyone! Fits under a coat good too!

Good fit comfortable

Fleece jacket just the thing I needed for layering under my winter jacket and for fall and early spring wear. Fit and finish are really nice. It’s my go to jacket.
