A complete book
My 13 year old got a 14' trampoline for the holidays. I new some stuff but not all. This is an old book but the tricks don't change. I marvel that these guys were doing this back in 1946 and it's still relevant today.

This is an old book, typewritten and no instructions
I was hoping for a book so my 11 year old grandson could get instructions on how to do certain flips. It was of no value.

Chuck
This being an older book is awesome. chuck Keeney was a great trampoline and tumbler. In fact the worlds greatest trampoline was named after him. Fun book.

Very good book!
It seems to be the only available manual about olympic trampoline tricks. I can't say anything bad about this book – there are a lot of useful and important information presented in a detailed and intelligible manner. But I feel bad about lack of this subject in general. When you are looking for one in book stores, public libraries and web sources you may find a lot of historical/biographical stuff or competition & safety guidelines, or books about other gymnastic apparatuses and body conditioning, but not much about the trampoline TRAINING itself. So this edition just saved my life :)

Too wordey and dissapointingly dated
Some old books are great. This isn't one of them. This is not how trampolining is taught anymore. The older biomechanics described have since been improved. Unfortunately this book is unclear, dated and wordey, rather then being helpfully visual.
