If you are referring to the daylight function which is based on latitude and longitude, yes. The world time functions include all international time zones around the world. The compass functions require user input of degrees magnetic declination. You must have this information from a reliable source then input it for the travel area. I have used this watch and all it's relevant functions in North America, Asia, India and Australia but not South America or Brazil specifically. I will be traveling the Chile and Argentina in April and plan to take this watch.

The manual says this watch can sync with radio signals from the UK and Germany, so it should work in Europe. I don't know anything about the 3500-7er model.
