I am about 320lbs, 6'4". Mounted into a stud on the wall and a rafter respectively, using provided lag bolts. Pre-drill your hole 1/8" to 1/16" before trying to screw in. This prevents the wood from splitting or cracking and ensures a solid connection without wearing your wrist out bolting it in lolThese things DO NOT BUDGE. AT ALL. After the first couple of uses (offbrand TRX bands because I am no baller, and yes, I do NOT want to weigh 320 lbs until the end of my time, or if I do, it will be a fit 320...which is progressing decently), I TRIED to put my weight into them and see if the anchor would bend or pull from the wall. I hung on the straps with my full weight in the air, and nothing. I do not expect many others seeking these to be as large as myself, so I think you're good!

Design: 4* Similar to the TRX brand with maybe slightly thinner ringsValue: 4* Includes extra bolts which could be niceQuality: -1* Whatever coating was applied was done so very unevenly, with material globs with razor sharp edges adhered to the inside of the rings! Aside from cutting my finger, these would tear through straps after just a few workout sessions. I have no idea how such an obvious surface defect could make it through QC (assuming there is any), but it makes me wary about what other corners are cut (i.e. will those welds give way in the middle of a workout?)Ended up buying the TRX branded product which is outrageously priced but at least I feel confident using it.

Works great just like the TRX branded mount. ***Beware of the supplied hardware. It is complete crap. The hardware that was included broke.*** Go to the hardware store and buy your own lag bolts for $.69 a piece. 3/8" x 3 1/2

I am using this attached to a wall stud in my garage to lock up my $3500 road bike. I use a 16mm Krytonite U lock with an additional 12mm gauge flex cable to secure my bicycle. I only wished it had other mounting options to make it even more secure than just lag bolts, but I realize this is for exercising and not security. Anyone with a ratchet set could undo the two bolts and be gone...but since we are home most of the time with the garage door closed, this should be fine to protect from the would be dash-and-drive bike thief.

Excellent and strong wall mount!I mounted this one of my rafter beams of my basement, and have been using it for a month now, and am thoroughly happy that I put it up! At half the price of the name-brand TRX mounts, I was a little hesitant, but after looking at other reviews, I pulled the trigger.After mounting it, I've used it continuously for both my punching bag, and my TRX. While I can't attest to the supposed 800lb limit for the bracket, It holds up at least 200lbs, including some torque from the bag/trx.Don't buy something for 2x this price, when this product has all the necessary screws/bolts needed, and is suitable for almost any need!

Bought these to beef up my home gym. I have been using them for a hanging pull up bar, yoga swing, heavy bag, and TRX suspension training.I followed some of the other reviews and made sure I found the exact center of the joists, and bought grade 8 lag screws. I am a big guy 6'3" 240lbs, and I don't trust the softer screws that came with the kit.So far so good, the rods are thick, so I had to buy some extra large clips to use with my equipment, but I like that, there is no doubt these will hold up for years.

Works fine. Pilot-drill holes if using the provided mounting hardware. Otherwise, go to the hardware store and buy your own. Holds my 215lb weight without issue.

Solid welded hardware; and useful bolts.I noticed after delivery this is 2 metal loops, one arcing over the other.The actual TRX I believe has the loops joined where they intersect. A more elegant solution.But at 2x the cost I'm happy with this piece.5 stars for function.4 stars for design.

very strong, just remember to drill a 5 or 6 mm pilot hole before you put the screw bolts in or you may snap the heads off

ONCE WE FOUND BEAMS WHICH WAS THE HARDEST PART EVEN WITH CORRECT TOOL, SO EASY TO PUT UP AN REALLY STRONG. REALLY PLEASED.

Strong and kit contained all the required fittings.
