I used to join Coffee table steel Legs. Worked very nice. Strong bonding. Be cautious that the finishing(look) of joint is not good. In my case, it is below the table, so no issue. It is very very expensive. You can get the joint welded with 200 rs. that would be much more strong.

- Araldite seems to be a bit better and stronger than JB weld at its 1/5 price ... dont go by advertisement and waste your money...strength is not as claimed ... even feviqwik @ Rs 5 is better strength than this @ 800.

JB Weld has a global reputation. Bought it looking at the reputation.. and it really works. I could weld broken bar of an iron window grill, with a very small quantity of JB Weld. Pros- *Amazing adhesion. *Joint is very firm and has a good strength. *Gives enough time to work on the job, before it sets. *It is simple to work with, can be applied easily, can be removed with water before it sets. *Only pre-requisite is the both the surfaces should be rust free, cleaned thoroughly for any dust , oil residue etc. *Like any other glue joint, this also requires some pressure clamping across the joint to make it solid. Cons- It is quite expensive as compared to other glues in India but worth it. Any fabricator won't come to your place for such a small welding job at a cheap cost. Better to get it at lower price whenever available :-)

El material se ha de mezclar bien, un tubo tiene la resina y el otro el endurecedor. Para que pegue bien las superficies han de estar bien limpias y dejar reposar mínimo 24h si se le quiere dar un uso intensivo a la pieza. Una vez secado tiene un aspecto de plástico gris. El equivalente en KG/cm2 es de 278,4156. Tenedlo en cuenta por si necesitáis una unión más potente.
