The product is good, but not the customer service. When i got the product delivered, one of the connecting rods was broken, I had reached out to the customer care through the whatsapp number and despite getting routed to multiple people no one responded, i am currently using the product taped. I am giving the product one star mainly due to the poor customer service.

I recently purchased the BLACK+DECKER dustbuster Handheld Vacuum and it has quickly become my go-to cleaning tool. This vacuum is incredibly powerful, with impressive suction that easily picks up dirt, dust, and debris from any surface. The wide mouth design makes it easy to capture large debris, and the crevice tool attachment is perfect for getting into tight spaces. The compact size of this vacuum is also a huge plus - it's easy to store in a closet or cabinet and doesn't take up much space. Nice little vacuum but no British plug or adapter? For that it gets a 3* review and not a 4*. Supplier must do better. Clearly know I live in the UK from the delivery address.

Mine arrived today. It came fully assembled (except for attachments) and with enough charge to test it out right away. I used it to clean up a little cat food kibble spill and some small debris on the kitchen floor. It worked really well! It has more power than I thought it would and did not struggle at all with the cat kibble and handily got the debris. I have a powerful, corded hand vac, but I wanted something that was cordless and always ready for the little daily messes that I don't want to drag my big vac or my corded hand vac out to handle. My vision was to be able to snatch my cordless vac, run around and suck up any little strays that catch my eye, and then snap it back on the wall. This is totally going to do that for me! It is lightweight, easy to use, completely intuitive design. Definitely recommend for quick pick up of minor messes. Obviously, it's not going to handle big jobs, but I'm a big believer in the right tool for the job and this is my "hit it and quit it" vac for the easiest possible light mess clean up.

This is one of those rare products that make you ask yourself how you lived without it. I should have bought this long ago. I bought it with 6 extra filters so I don't need to worry later. The suction power on this hand vac is the best I've ever seen. My once-a-week housekeeper said the same thing. A friend asked to borrow it down the hall to clean some kitty litter. I use it several times a day for one thing or another. It works as well on hardwood floors as carpets. There is an attached flip brush that pulls down to gather hair, etc. I have many plants in my apartment and even with plastic mats for transplanting this B & D hand vac is great for picking up dry dirt, small pieces of gravel, small plant debris, etc. I already have vacuumed my car. I have emptied it a couple of times and it opens very easily. I haven't had to change filters yet but that is super easy as well. It is so easy to rinse out the plastic debris container and the filter as well. The charger plugs into the wall with an electric cord and the vac sets on its base to charge quickly. I highly recommend this Black and Decker hand vac and would give it 10 stars if I could. It changed my life.
