NKJV Super Giant Print Reference Bible, Brown Genuine Leather, Indexed Leather Bound – Large Print, March 1, 2018

Had to return. People who make large print books don't seem to understand that there is a lot more to readability than just font SIZE. The kerning - spacing between letters and words - and lines/paragraphs in this text is awful. I could hardly read it myself - never mind my father. He does very well with large print when the layout isn't one solid block of text. The examples of this text provided mostly show areas of poetry - Psalms and the like - which have natural negative space. The bulk of the text appears as one solid, overwhelming mass. Like trying to read a medieval manuscript without spacing or punctuation.I have gone through multiple "large" and "giant" print purchases only to return all but one. And that one is only a small improvement.Oh, why don't people who design these things consider what it really takes to read them? It is breaking my heart to see my dad struggle with finding a Bible to read when a pulp fiction novel in large print is no problem.

A GIFT for my neighbor/friend who s 89 years of age. Her eyesight is deteriorating; making it really hard to read her BIBLE. The FONT SIZE of this BIBLE is really large, and the BIBLE is very well constructed; including a thorough Concordance, Maps, and soft Leather Cover.

It's all the advertisement shows. I do wish I had known though that the verses are paragraph form instead of individually written. Makes it hard to go in sequence when searching for a particular verse number.The cross on the front is really nice. Would recommend for the print style...easy to read and large print

Wow, the print is HUGE. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with sight issues. This is a reading bible, not a study bible so don't expect the study helps but otherwise, it's awesome. I CAN SEE!

Wonderful for persons with diminishing eyesight. Much easier to use than magnifiers. MUCH less expensive than electronic magnifiers. Printing is good quality, pages are very thin (necessarily) but no shadow thru page. Binding is adequate (should last quite a while with reasonable care). I would certainly buy again if needed. A bit heavy for weak hands.

My Mother was so excited to receive this as a gift. She contacted me right away to say how BEAUTIFUL it is. And because the print is large enough, now she says she sits at the table every morning to read her bible! She ABSOLUTELY Loves it!!! Thank You so much.

Exactly what I needed to be able to read my bible

I needed a very large print, text only Bible. This is a perfect solution for me. The text is super giant which means 3 mm tall lettering, two column format. I put the text height since there seems to be a variety if interpretations when publishers list the fi t size which is 18 in this Bible. I bought a economy Bible Wordkeeper canvas carrying case from CBD. The carrying case makes carry and handling the physically large dimension Bible easy, just insert Bible covers into the case sleeves. The Bible lays flat when open. The only thing for me is my preference for verse numbers in paragraph style rather than verse numbering intext. I am very happy with purchase and quality of binding. Again a good carrying case makes this a practical reading Bible.

I was delighted when I received this Bible. Will be able to Las a lifetime and hand it down when my time comes to my daughter and granddaughter. Very pleased indeed.

This was bought for an old lady, the font size was perfect for her.

Nice big font size, large bible but lays open nice on the lap. great quality.

If you're looking for a reader's Bible with BIG print, this is it! Not much for extra notes, but that's not why I got it.
