Great kitchen tool
These work EXACTLY as advertised. They are easy to use, easy to clean, non stick, you can even cut things on them, although I doubt thats recommended. The only difficult thing is I dont have a great spot to store them. They are too floppy for vertical storage, too big for horizontal, so I roll them up, which also doesnt fit really well anywhere either. They are worth the hassle of finding a place to keep them though.

Slap bracelet for Silpat
I remember these in my childhood. They went around the wrist and cost a fraction of this. This helps keep your silpat rolled up, which is nice and convenient. This is also covered in silicon, so cleaning is easy. I use this to wrap three silpats easily, one or two may suit you unless you have a lot of silicon mats. I'm sure that this will work on other silicon mats, or anything else that you might want to keep rolled up.

I love my silpats
They fit my pans perfectly, they are fairly easy to clean, great for everything from baking cookies to reheating pizza! It is a relatively good value.

Helpful for mat storage
This little snap band holds multiple silpat mats together perfectly. Makes storage easy and keeps my mats from getting lost in the cabinet.

High quality, durable, and versatile.
Silpats are my preferred baking surface to prevent items from sticking. Silpats are high-quality, long-lasting, durable, and versatile. They need to be handwashed, and users should note that the surface can have a slightly waxy feel. I often use these for more than baking. They are also helpful for rolling out bread as a drying mat and older ones can be repurposed for kids painting mats or pet food trays to prevent messes. While these may cost slightly more than some other silicone mats, they are worth the cost due to their increased quality and being French-made.

High quality baking mat. Lasts a long time if used with care.
This is my second Silpat mat. The first one I bought back in 2014, and starting in September 2020, the silicone around the edges of the mat have started fraying, exposing the wires inside. For context, I used to bake 3-4x a year until COVID. But from March to now, I’ve been baking 1-2x a week. It’s easy to use and somewhat easy to clean. It holds on to oils easily, so you have to use dish soap and the soft side of the sponge. If you leave the oils on, it stains the mat next time you bake. I now use the old, slightly frayed mat as a nonstick mat for my large cutting boards. I use the new mat for baking meringue products, like macarons, and other baked goods that require a light bottom. It’s also amazing for soft/chewy chocolate chip cookies. For these types of baked goods, it’s better than using parchment paper. I’ve used this mat for baking bread and croissants and both turn out okay - bread has a soft-ish bottom and croissants get a bit fried at the bottom due to butter seeping out. But it gets the job done, and baked items come out slightly better than using parchment paper.

Keeps three mats neatly rolled in the baking drawer
Seemed like a lot to pay for such a simple item. But it’s worth it to avoid the Silpat mats spontaneously unrolling and getting stuck so you can’t open the drawer. Had it force tears now, and it’s durable and effective.

Great product, not necessary for a novice
This does everything as advertised. I’m a pretty avid cook and have seen my favorite chefs using this product for a while so i decided to get it for myself. I started to notice i was going though parchment paper and tinfoil too fast. I figured that the amount i would save by using this would pay for itself in what i was using buying. It has a sturdy high quality feel, lays flat and fits my half sheet pan perfectly. Only issue is it is very floppy which makes cleaning awkward. Price might be a little much if you are a casual baker/cook. the amazon basics version would do just fine. This is a little more high end and the only difference i’ve noticed is that this mat can withstand higher temps and might last longer overall for those using it a lot.
