I'd definitely recommend this product for someone looking for a magnesium supplement. This brand was recommended to me to help prevent nighttime muscle cramps in my feet and legs, and (for me) two tablespoons a day has indeed been the answer I was looking for! The taste isn't bad, and while you can mix it into a beverage, I have no problem at all taking it by the spoonful. The top of the bottle will develop small crystals over time but I just use a damp paper towel around the rim and cap to clean it up a bit. When I travel, I get magnesium gummies, but the liquid is more economical for everyday use.

Great product! I sleep better and my body feels better when I’m taking this...it’s a must have if you want to be rested and feel great!

Recently purchased for my son’s tics and seeing improvements. The taste has slight lemon flavor and he takes it in the evening with calcium supplement.
