I am looking for Dragon's Blood for natural perfumery. Does this dragon's blood smell deep and spicy? And will it mix with a carrier oil? Any help in terms of describing the scent of this product and if you think it will suit my uses would be most beneficial.. thank you!

This is a tincture of the Schinus Molle tree. I think you are looking for something different. There is a dragon's blood resin that is not this species. This tincture has a faint alcohol smell.

I believe it has to be because it is sap from a tree.

does this burn when applied to open wounds, like cuts? I had some at one time that worked great, but burned when applied to the wound.

I never experienced any burning on any of the wounds I've applied it to and I have pretty sensitive skin.Hope this helps.
