Great for the price/features w/one caveat.
You may have noticed that several helmets look VERY similar to this one. That's because this helmet model is cheap but reliable and many companies seem to re-brand it or throw some piece of tech onto/into it to add value. I bought this one because it showed up on a few "10 Best" lists for motorcycle helmets with Bluetooth.Pros:* Bluetooth is very easy to navigate with gloves* Works for both phone calls and music* Slim built-in design* Helmet is durable through a crash (I've worn this helmet in a crash - FYI, it's good)Cons:* Although initially quiet this helmet will get a bit noisy with air after a couple years (common for modular helmets)* The flip down sun shade is known to break (It can be mended easily with a screw - I experienced this)* Audio is tinny and cracks on high notes (splicing or soldering in better speakers from a cheap pair of headphones fixes the issue)I really want to give it a full five stars but the few cons are just inconvenient enough to knock a star. If the initial quality in sound and the sun visor were better, I would give a full five. But they are easily amended, if you're comfortable taking out the lining, no need to remove the Styrofoam.

Great helmet, bad battery design.
I would like to start with the good. Helmet fit is good using the measurement chart given on the description. The dual visor comes in handy when going from sunlight to shade, just a little pull on knob and you can put it up or down. The chin bar raises easily as well as putting it back down. The Bluetooth phone works great and you can talk as long as you are going below 60. The speakers work good up to 60 then it gets hard to hear. The helmet has plenty of vents to get the air flowing inside. The visor is easy to put up and down. The bad is I used the helmet once after fully charging the battery and when I went to charge it the second time the charging port on the battery was loose inside and I can't charge it now. Waiting to hear back from them to see if there is a solution to this or not.

Good helmet, needs work
[Bike: Honda GW F6B. Windshield: Klock Werks 14in]. Received Thursday, rode 700 miles on Sunday (some light to med rain for approximately 120 miles). Wind noise is really significant with shield up or down. In fact, it seems it was better with the shield open than closed. The chin flap used to keep the wind from going up your helmet works fairly well although mine has a defect on the right tab. It is designed to be removable. If I glue it, it will not be removable. The inner shield (sun) is easy to operate from a switch on the left. The air flow switches on top work well. You can definitely feel the air when you open them. The back of the helmet sits higher than I am accustom. This will be interesting in the winter. The switch/button used to operate the modular portion of the helmet and lift it up was very easy to use. Closing the helmet is another story. I had to open the face shield and pull down hard to feel it click and lock. Maybe this will work better as the helmet wears in. Opening the helmet is a concern because I could not get it to latch in the up position. All my other modular helmets latched up and down. The Bluetooth works great. Clarity was outstanding. Battery life was great, no issues there. My wife has a Sena 20s so I am waiting to try this out with her (as advertised). The helmet offers a good view and does not feel heavy. It does steam up fast, but that is to be expected. If it doesn't then that means air is flowing too good and you might not get the warmth you want in the winter. The helmet fits snug. I bought a Large which is the same size as all the other helmets I've purchased. It fits exactly how it should. Stays with my head when I shake my head back and forth. If your helmet doesn't, its probably too big. The snug fit did not make my head hurt like some can. The ratchet clasp is great. Lots of room for adjustments for those with large chins or turkey necks. Not trying to be insensitive, but there are different types of necks and people want to know because helmets can't be returned once you've used it just once. Anyway, its easy to get the helmet off and on, and easy to latch the ratchet chin strap. Overall, the helmet has a sharp design and feels very comfortable. The wind noise is my only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Highly Recommended
I usually like to add pictures but didnt with this review but it looks exactly as pictured. I bought 2 for my husband and I. We went on a 1100mile each way motorcycle trip on the Road Glide. We stopped many places for fun, drove fast and caught rain. Overall we heard each other great even over 60, 70 mph. I withheld rain and wind. I have a 21-22 head circumference but needed an XL would have loved to be able to go even bigger. We contacted the seller to upgrade our size to XL and it was done with no problem so great customer service. DOT approved and great price.

Decent Helmet
I like the bluetooth functionality, although it can be spotty with maintaining the connection to my iPhone 8.Pro: Bluetooth, receive phone calls, listen to music on mobil device. Excellent comfort for me, great with riding in rain. Went through two storms in the Carolina's and I was motoring while cars were parked under the bridges. Visibility without the sun visor is excellent. Love the quick release and latch of the helmet and the ability to open face without removing helmet.Con: Little to no bass, spotty maintaining bluetooth connection, controls are not good with feedback. Can't tell what mode I am on. Lastly, the sun visor is a joke, sure it blocks out light, but it also blurs vision. I skipped the sun visor and where sunglasses underneath. A little noisy at higher speeds, but better than a bean helmet.
