Delicious and healthier than most other snack options I used to eat
I'm trying to get fitter and live a bit healthier and this includes reducing my ultra processed foods. Snacks like biscuits and chocolate would definitely fall into this category hence why I switched to Nakd bars. With only 4-5 natural ingredients (smooshed dates, raisins, nuts etc), really tasty and surprisingly filling (they are quite dense), they make an excellent replacement for by biscuit/cake cravings. I've tried various flavours like chocolate and chocolate orange and they are equally delicious. Amazon prices are really good value too.

Tastes like carrot cake!
I have a sweet tooth and a weakness for chocolate, the trouble with that is I can open a big bar of chocolate and wolf it down in one sitting.After dinner I ways want something sweet and eating chocolate every day isn't good. I mean who looks at the packaging to see what a "serving" is and then only eats that amount?These nakd bars are small but they cram a lot of flavour into that small bar and it is densely compressed. I'm finding having one of these as an after dinner treat is enough and I can eat the whole bar without worrying!I'm enjoying these carrot cake and the blueberry ones too.They're also small enough to keep a couple in the glovebox of the car as a snack when out and about.

Great Healthy Bars
Great bars and no rubbush in them.They are very tasty and do satisfy a sweet tooth.Defintely reccomend.Cheaper to buy in bulk.

Has a banana-ish flavour
Taste banana-ish, but not really close to banoffee pie (only 10% banana and 56% dates). However, Nakd bars only contain nuts and fruit, and no added sugar, so should be healthier than some alternatives. Other Nakd bars have higher nut content though.

Not a bargain by any means, the same goes for other so called health bars,
Nice tasty gap filler, between meals, but like all heslth bars, too expensive so I wait for better prices.I have tried half a dozen flavours and they all taste the same to me. and in the realm of health bars, they are up there with the better ones.My advice - wait for a discount.

Excellent value for vegan snacks
Excellent value for money on a large box of healthy vegan snacks. Kids love them and idea for lunch boxes. Bit of an artificial banana taste but not unpleasant.
