I do not usually leave product reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time because my experience with this purchase was disappointing. First, the delivery arrived four days later than the original estimated date. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that some of the wooden parts were damaged. During assembly, I also found that several pieces were not balanced properly, which made the setup frustrating. I enjoy building furniture and puzzle-style products like this, so assembly itself was not a problem for me. However, once the bed frame was fully assembled, I noticed that certain areas of the frame were still unbalanced, which suggests flaws in the design or manufacturing. The customer service hours are only after 6 PM, which was not convenient and did not help me resolve the issue quickly. After comparing prices with other products on the market, I realized there are cheaper and more stable options available. Considering the damaged parts, delayed delivery, unbalanced structure, and limited customer support, I cannot recommend this product—especially at this price.
