5W30 5W/30 C2/C3 Dexos 2 Low Saps Fully Synthetic Car Van Engine Oil - 5 Litre

I use this oil to service a friend's 2006 Renault Megane diesel (with almost 100,000 miles on the clock). I usually buy it from a local motor factors at over £20 for 5 litres but spotted it on Amazon for £16 carriage free. I change it every 7 to 10,000 miles and the car runs well on it. It's fully synthetic and meets API SN/CF specs. with low SAPS. I wouldn't use it for extended service intervals of 20,000 miles or 2 years as some manufacturers recommend but for an older car that is serviced regularly I feel it does the job. Cheap oil changed frequently is as good as expensive oil left for an extended period. When manufacturers say change the oil more frequently under arduous conditions they mean short journeys with much stop start driving. Pretty much the norm for most drivers. So this product used once a year or 10,000 miles is more than adequate. But I wouldn't leave it in much longer.

Brilliant value for money and meets oil specs 5w30 c3 (Hyundai i30 1.6 crdi 2016). Also just over 5l is what's recommended too for car and should be good for 20,000m but I change every 12,000m at this price!
