Toddler loves this set. Really well made but a little pricey!

This 20-month-old child has a a 4-year-old bro who screams CHOKING HAZARD as he wrenches every single toy we own out of her hands the first second she touches it, 80 times a day, so I was just like, "- -," and bought us all a girl train. For starters - it's adorable. It's pink and purple with little candyland trees and houses, and a couple of railroad signs, too. There is a *lot* of track that came with it, I thought - enough for a medium-size figure eight - and a non-infuriating bridge?! Our track is now mixed in and used with her brother's Thomas and Brio, so that's awesome. The 20-month-old can put a few pieces together,so, I mean, they're evenly cut and consistently sized. I was actually really happy she was able to successfully play with it at her age. The train itself fits nicely into the grooves on all track, which means it rarely derails. The magnets do keep the cars connected. If you like cute trains - not ugly ones - and have a little girl less than, say, 4 years, I would definitely recommend. Especially if it's your first or only set. There are enough pieces and types of preces to keep it interesting. I don't know if this brand has girl train accessories - but if it does, I'll try them. Overall, I was just really pleasantly surprised!

I wanted a girlie colored train for my almost 2 yr old who loves trains. Although she has not gotten it yet, I took it out of the box and set it up to be certain I was happy with it and it is so cute! I love that it's all wood and fairly simple looking. It went together easily and seems pretty sturdy. Only downside was that the train kept falling off the track upon coming down the hill but perhaps some adjusting of the tracks might solve this problem. I can't wait to see my little girl's face on Christmas morning when she sees that Santa brought this! There is a larger 80 piece one that I will get her if she plays with this one a lot and others may want to take note of this size and order that one instead if you'd prefer a larger train with more parts to it. But for a starter train set this is perfect!

My 4-year old grandson picked this out for his 6-year old sister as as birthday gift. He is obsessed with trains and wanted her to enjoy them as well. Very sturdy wood with nice paint finishes. I would recommend this product. The tracks can be combined with most other wooden tracks. I can't wait for my granddaughter to open this gift.

The media could not be loaded. I love the concept of the toy, being fairy train. The tracks seem good quality and the pieces are nice, however the train is too light weight. The wheels get stuck and details the train, especially when coming off the hill. I used to play with these in my childhood and there was always the understanding that the tracks wouldn’t fit perfectly, but the train here needs to be heavier with better wheels.

Easy to set up and nice that the box it comes in is also a storage/travel box with a handle for the parts. Granddaughter loves pushing the train along the track,

I just opened and gave this a look over before storing away for my 2.5 year-old's christmas. The track pieces fit together nicely and the train rolls easily on them. The train and figurines are cute, though some pieces feel a little cheaper quality than others and a couple have tiny chips on the corners. I let this go since I bought at such a good deal, but would've sent it back had I paid full price. I wish a little more thought was put into the quality and design of the fairy pieces as they are the only characters in the set. I also wish I'd received three different fairies as shown. Instead two of the three were the same fairy. All in all, I am happy with my purchase for what I paid and my daughter will enjoy it.
