What kind of usb connector is needed to connect to an iPad with (lightning cable) ?

I wanted to connect my Yamaha p125 to my ipad and was told to buy that ridiculously expensive Apple Camera Adapter. Instead, I bought an Amazon Basics regular USB to iPad Pro USB adapter for around 10 bucks. Works the same and a whole lot cheaper. Don't believe me? Go to Sweetwater's website and look at the demo video using the Yamaha keyboard with the ipad Pro. You can see the same adapter.

Is this compatible wit SimplyPiano app?

Does this feature an arpeggiator?

Hi, M-Audio support here! The supplied software (Xpand!2) features an inbuilt arpeggiator however, the Keystation Mini 32 MK3 itself does not directly feature arpeggiator buttons or controls.
