Great look and easy to install.BUT!! - the sprayer head malfunctioned one week after installing. They sent me a replacement only to have it do the same thing after only one week of use. Rather than uninstall and return, I purchased a new sprayer head ($13.99) from another company that fit quite well and works properly.

This faucet is beautiful, perfect for our new kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, within less than a month of installation/use, the spray head stopped working, in that we can no longer cycle to the shower sprayer, which is unfortunate because that's how I prefer my water flow when I wash dishes by hand.Otherwise, it's beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint and seems to have actually increased our water pressure in the kitchen. But, with this experience, I would not purchase again if I had the optoin.

If I could give this NO stars I would. This faucet is a piece of crap. My husband had it all installed and the very last instructions were to tighten the hoses once everything was installed. But he couldn't even get up there to do it so when we tried taking the piece off that the hoses attach too it wouldn't come off and the pipe just kept twisting. We tried for two whole hours and nothing it even scratched up the brand new sink we got. We ended up having to saw the whole bottom part on so there goes $100 down the drain. DO NOT BUY

Lots of compliments. It has that “commercial” look. I bought the 10” plate to cover holes in matte black because I have an old sink with 3 holes.

It’s beautiful, but beware of the sprayer head. After just 4 months, the sprayer quit working! Also the faucet doesn’t stay stationary. It moves around. Didn’t care for that. I wish I had read all of the reviews before I bought it!

Clearly this is a cheap faucet but I've installed plenty of other sourced on Amazon that are same price and much better quality. Like the finish and look but installation didn't go as planned. Won't stay tight on the sink due to the fact the nut and collar bolt underneath the sink strips out. Likely would not buy again unless I really needed to save the money. (We refresh/flip homes so budget is critical... that's why we went this a low cost faucet.)

This faucet was purchased to match a new modern style stainless steel sink and is precisely what we were looking for. Construction appears to be of good quality and the faucet operates very smoothly. Installation was fairly simple and straight forward, my only issue being that the brass mounting ring for the single hole mount, is actually slotted which sacrifices a good deal of rigidity and may actually twist as you tighten the screws. I was able to tighten it down as well as I could and it appears that it should hold up well for now. If I have any issues I will update this review.

I wouldn’t send it back because it works. I bought it because I thought I was buying a SIR faucet, my fault. I also have a SIR spring head faucet but needed an additional faucet. I may just bite the bullet and replace the one I have.
