Very useful thing. I had knee pain walking up and down stairs but fine walking on the level. Guessed that my kneecap needed better support so bought this. Quite effective, by wearing it all waking hours, within 48 hours the pain walking upstairs disappeared and within another 48 hours, the pain going downstairs was got. I can only assume that the extra support allowed the muscles to heal. Am still wearing it for a bit longer just to make sure, but it's very comfortable, so that's no hardship. Very pleased with it, easy to fit, adjustable and stays in place.

Both My knees are at the stage of bone on bone which is excruciating pain and when I saw these on Amazon I thought I would give them a try. Well they are amazing ! Strap them just below knee caps which stops the pressure of the bone on bone pain. Don’t get me wrong I’m still in a lot of pain ! And for 14 quid absolute life saver. But take them off when going to bed.

I picked this because of other reviews and I wasn’t dissapointed. I started using it on my left knee, I forget it’s on as it gives me the support where I need it, I don’t have the knee pain but will continue to wear it.

Decent quality, but didn't do the job for me — 3 starsThe straps themselves are fine. The material feels sturdy enough, the stitching is neat, and the Velcro holds well without fraying after a few uses. You get two in the pack, which is nice value, and they're easy to slip on and adjust.My issue is with how they actually perform for what they're meant to do. I picked these up hoping to take some pressure off during activity, and they just don't provide the targeted support I was after. The strap sits in the right spot, but the compression feels more general than focused, and I didn't notice much relief where I needed it most. They also tend to shift a bit once you get moving, so I found myself readjusting more than I'd like.If you want something lightweight and casual for light wear, these are okay. But if you're counting on real, focused support, they fell short for me. Not bad for the price — just not what I hoped for.

Bought these to support my knees during our dog walks. Certainly feel a difference when I take them off so they must be helping. I'm conscious I have them on but it's not intrusive. Can't comfortably sit down with them on but that could be due to my height and size so rarely wear them in the house. Very good quality, especially for the price when you compare with other products online. Defo recommend if you're having knee problems.

So far these have worked well. The strap adjustment means you can fit as tightly as you need. The velcro fastening hasn't felt quite as secure as I would like. Very good value for money though

After reading the positive reviews for Bodyprox Patella Tendon Knee Strap 2 Pack, l decided to purchase.I purchased the straps, as l have damaged the bone below my knee, and this strap gives me support, and reduces the pain when walking.As they have a velco strap which can be tighten, the 'front supporting part' stays in position and is very comfortable to wear.As advised they were delivered on time to my 'pick-up point' in a protective cardboard box.
