Best. Tool. Ever.
I borrowed a buddy's makita oscillating tool, and it was so easy to use but waaay outside my budget. I bought this DeWalt, thinking I would try it out, and it's honestly not too far off the mark, definitely higher quality than I expected for the price. It doesn't vibrate too hard at all, and the blade change is much easier than the Makita. It's hefty, but no bulkier than any other one I've used. Honestly, it's my go-to tool for diy projects, made installing the last row of luxury vinyl tile floors a cinch... and it's really great for cutting scrap into smaller pieces for whittling or jewelry making. I've not overheated it, but I tend to use it intermittently enough that it hasn't come up. Definitely a great tool so far!

Great tool for a great price
At first I was going to buy the Makita cordless 18v because I have batteries but after handling it I found the Makita didn't fit my hands very well, it felt too bulky. The Dewalt 20V multi tool is well designed also but I do not have those batteries and I figured this was a tool I would not use very much so I settled for the corded tool. I have to say I am extremely pleased with my decision. I have used it for sanding and cutting using the supplied accessories and I love this tool. The grip size is great, the paddle variable speed switch is very easy to use and control. It is well balanced. The quick change holds the accessories very firmly, in fact it takes some bit of hand strength to squeeze the lever. I did not find this to be a negative, but a person with arthritis or weaker hands might. I like that it comes with a bag and some accessories to get started. I am sure the cutters that came with it are not of the highest quality which is to be expected considering a single good blade can cost 10-20 dollars and this whole kit was only 99.00.

Where has this thing been all my life?
Have had a Dremel oscillating saw for many years, but lately it just wasn't cutting it. Literally. Multiple new blades and the only thing taking a beating was my wrist. I suspect something inside was wearing out. All noise, little cutting. It finally died mid-project. Overheating, sparks, smoke . . . everything bad. Bought this amazing device and it has been a game changer. Cuts that stymied the old unit are now quick and clean. Smooth, fast, and a nice selection of blades. The tool-less blade mounting is a godsend after the old saw where the blade mounting screw was CONSTANTLY backing out, but it did take some getting used to, and requires some major grip strength to utilize. Maybe the only down side of a fabulous tool.

Been wanting to add an oscillating tool to my collection for a while now, and this went on sale at $99 so I grabbed one up quick - bargain at that price for this tool! Since it's just for occasional home/DIY woodworking project use, I didn't really need higher-end like this, so I was going to just buy a Mastercraft one at CT - but at the sale price I'd take this every time! :) The tool is reassuringly weighty like all DeWalt tools, and feels solid and well-built. The trigger is nicely positioned for your rear hand and is long enough to be operated with 2-3 fingers, so you can be nice and precise with the power. Plenty enough power, as well - this will certainly do the relatively small jobs I'll need it for, with ease. I tested it out plunge cutting a hole in some 1/4" mdf and it went through it very easily and with precision. The sanding head and pack of various grit pads are an added bonus, I'll only use that feature for light 'precision' work and tight corners I can't get into with my normal sander though. I've also used it to cut out some leg recesses in some shelves, just 1x6 pine boards - using this i was able to get nicer, neater, sharper cutouts but its a bit slower than doing it with the jigsaw. Other nice pro's are the LED light which is not especially bright but well positioned, and the quick change blade/head system. Overall a nice kit, the handbag is a bit meh, I'd much rather have a solid carry case but Dewalt seems to be cutting costs there on a lot of their tools. The plastic storage case for the blades and sanding attachment is good and solid though. I'll get plenty of use out of it for sawing and cutting, will add a couple more wood blades in due course - probably not so much for sanding but as above that's just a bonus feature for me. Would be nice if it came in a hard case and had another wood cutting blade or two, but for the price I paid I can't complain. Edit: added some unboxing photos :)

En mi trabajo lo estoy usando para cortar material que no es piedra y me funciona bien. Un equipo especializado en el material que trabajo, me cuesta casi 10 veces el precio.
