Good quality, perfect for the price!

Received an invitation to a rare evening dress (white tie) event but did not have the proper mother of pearl studs to go with the ensemble. After searching at Amazon and several other sites I chose this set above many pricier offerings that just seemed to be trying to milk purchasers of their money. The set came and it truly looks classy and formal. Not only are the mother of pearl facings correct, but the ribbed edge adds a very dressy finish. My only caveat about the set is that the cufflinks do not have double facings connected by an actual link (as are often found in UK and European sets), as the other side is simply a flippable 'T' bar to hold the cuffs. Since it is very hard here in the USA to find proper double faced cufflinks and time was a factor, I decided to keep these, as they still look very nice and work well. 4.8 stars out of 5!

Good quality for the price

I ordered these but just after I read one of the negative reviews, I was a bit concerned until they arrived. Yes, they aren't what you'd get from say a $200 set, but these are solid and sharp enough for me and the 1 time a year I will wear a tux.Bottom line is that this is a timeless style and I am very happy with them.

Worn it once and so far no issue with quality and workmanship.Looks great and for the price I paid it is way more affordable than the ones I saw in local shops.Update on 21 Jun 2017:Took them out to use (2nd time) and the round black onyx just popped out from one of the cufflink.Managed to fit it back with some superglue. Quality so so. Downgrade to 3 star

Nice pearl color

There are some details that make these pretty bad. For one, the part that goes from the front to the back isn't round as pictured, it's flat and goes from one end to the other like a diameter.Secondly, the black bits look like plastic and are very unimpressive.I will say that the case they come in is neat, earns the 1 star that I do give it, but I didn't buy then for the case.
