Work really well grinding garlic in record time, and game changer for grinding ginger. A bit pricey, but it's definitely good quality and I'm hoping it withstands the test of time.

I really love this thing. First garlic prep tool I’ve ever used that actually works. You can’t go wrong. It’s going to come in handy during canning season. .GAK

Somehow when I cook I forget to mince up the garlic after I’ve already added the onions to the pan. This tool is such a timesaver. I just break the paper skins off anfter smacking with a knife and add them to this garlic mincer and twist back and forth and waa-lah fresh minced garlic in a flash. Also, I love the fact that I don’t have sticky garlicky fingers afterwards. Very easy to clean I just used a dish scrub brush with soap and water. My dad thinks it’s hard to get the minced garlic out but I just use a spoon to get it out. But this is such a game changer in flavor profile as the minced garlic in a jar is not as flavorful as using freshly minced garlic.

This is for those cooks who use no more than 3 garlic pods at a time .. I tried a bunch and it did nt work.. then I did one at a time and it did .. with some effortI also tried crushing cardomon. Results were not great
