However, any label missing UMF is not trust worthy. I can put any MGO number on my label and not be challenged because my honey was not tested by a lab and CERTIFIED to have a basic amount of Methylglyoxal in my honey. In other words, don't trust MGO labeling, only UMF labels. UMF 20+ = 829 MGO units. MGO 550 should equal UMF 15+ but is not certified, so seller can say whatever they want on their label with no proof. For MRSA oral benefits, highest level UMF possible should be consumed. You may also try Oxy Drops which is liquid oxygen - MUST BE DILUTED WITH WATER!!! Use directly on skin wound, and also take it orally. Very effective for MRSA and very safe.
