B vitamins are not stored in the body so any excess is passed in your urine (you can tell by the vivid yellow color). The time release aspect of these B vitamin pills will keep it in the body longer. NatureMade is a reputable manufacturer of vitamin supplements and I have been taking these, along with some of their other products, for years.

No Vit.C good for CGM users
As a T2D patient using a CGM, I have to avoid large amounts of vitamin C. Vitamin C throws off the CGM numbers. Anywho, I searched far and wide locally and coukd not find a B-Complex vitamin without C. Behold! This fine Nature Made vitamin (brand I love) had what I needed. Wasn't too happy with the price/tablet calculation. I would recommend. Satisfied customer.
