Will this work on Ikea plastic laminate furniture?

Definitely, in fact this is what i used this for. Great product, coverage was perfect with 2 light coats (I was covering a dark color). I applied this primer and then the finish a year ago, table still looks brand new.

Can I use this as a sealant on damaged cardboard on drywall before applying joint compound

Operator Error: All paint sprays will clog when you don’t clean the tip. This paint is probably 1000 times stronger then regular paint it uses the poop from Asian beetles which is why it is used in fire restoration to cover the smell of smoke. To clean the tip turn the can upside down and spray until you see no paint coming out. This is the same as taking your lips and blowing it out but you are using the paint can aerosol to remove the paint left it the tip so you aren’t getting paint all over your lips.

Do i need to sand a laminate wood cabinet before i use this??

Laminate is usually smooth so for it to grab better it wouldn't hurt to scuff it up a bit with 400 grit or liquid sandpaper. Good luck

Would this work on glazed porcelain?

Like any other priming of glazed porcelain the surface would have to be prepared properly for adhesion.
