As other reviewers have suggested this is a lot to cover in 56 days. Write out the kanji, use Anki or a similar tool to practice over six months or so if starting from N3, a year if from N4. The index is based on stroke number, so, for example, all 8 stroke kanji are grouped together and within that by reading, so don't try to use it as a kanji dictionary. Otherwise, it is a good foundation
