When you just want to find the words for praying about something.
Very handy prayer book for those times when you want to find the words to express your prayers. The subjects include some tough topics. I heard about this book during daily online prayer sessions at the National Cathedral. I’ve given it as a gift to my adult children and their families. I book for the family.

Most excellent book!
Such a a dear little book. I have the kindle version first, based on reviews & it is handy, but I also wanted a hard copy. It did arrive in a nice gift type box. I do believe you have to order a new copy, to receive the box.

Brevity in your Breviary
Hits most of the highlights of the Daily Office in the Book of Common Prayer, with an Office for morning and evening of each day of the week, as well as an office for noon and one for bedtime. Short and succinct, so if you don’t have time to pray from the BCP as often as you’d like, this fits the bill. Because the office that you will pray regularly is the best office for you.

Wonderful devotional
Have purchased four copies over the years for my self, wife, mother and daughter. On wait, I have given copies also to friends so maybe 7 or 8 copies. I'm Catholic and my mother and daughter are Pentecostal and Anglican and everyone uses the book just fine. It's a perfect Christian prayer book.

A very good booklet
This is a very good booklet! This entire "e-booklet", from my own point of view, is a condensed version of the Daily Office or the Book of Hours. For any reason, this is a good source for those who don't have time to read lengthy prayer books that are almost the size of a dictionary. There are no back and forth flipping pages involved with "Hour by Hour." It will never take the place of the Holy Bible, but it is a great prayer booklet to use for a brief period of time at home or on the go. It is right up my alley.

It's handy
The really great feature in is this devotional book is its ability to fill in the gaps between seasons, of the church, especially if you are using another form of the liturgy of the hours that may not have the days between Christmas andthe beginning of lent , for example. It is well written and has additional prayers I recommend it for clergy or anyone wanting to deepen their devotional life.

its become my regular prayer book
I do the daily offices as a brother in a religious community, but it can be difficult to bring a Book of Common Prayer everywhere, and sometimes I do not want to use a phone app, or I just do not have my phone. This wonderful little prayerbook fits in my pocket and goes anywhere.
