You really have a few ways of making Turkish Tea. You can simmer the loose tea in a small pot of water for a couple of minutes ( depending on how strong you like your tea, or you can pour boiling water into a cup and cover and let it steep for a few minutes. I like to simmer my Tea and if you like creamer, add that to to simmering pot to keep everything nice and hot… I hope this helped you, Enjoy!!!

Yes...the longer the tea steeps in the top pot the better the flavor. I’ve also made the tea in a k-cup and it’s a different taste from the Turkish teapot.
