Wow, I wasn't expecting this two knife set to be so good for the price, but it is ! The workmanship is real good, the knives have a solid, hefty feel to them, a darn good edge right out of the box, and even the ballistic nylon sheaths look very well made. Considering that these are not high end knives, I see no reason why these knives wouldn't perform satisfactorily for a long time. I ordered these with the intention of using them as work "beater" knives, and these are just what I was looking for. Bottom Line - all around great value / quality.

Nice knives well made

For 20 bucks, I received a medium sized bowie and a tiny bowie. Both have comfortable grips and a nice pommel. The smaller one is thinner with a 4 inch blade with no fuller. The larger has a 6 inch and thicker blade with a fuller only on the left side. By their own diagrams the tang is full length but not full width and by most definitions is a partial tang. The sheathes are surprisingly nice. They fit the knife facing either way so you can wear it on either hip. The sheathes are nylon or something similar with a plastic insert inside. There are rivets reinforcing the seams. There is a snap and strap that secures the guard. The plastic insert is tight enough that friction will prevent the knife from falling out even without the strap. Overall I am satisfied.

I can't believe the quality of these 2 knives for the price I paid. These knives could easily sell for hundreds of dollars. The handles are beautiful and fit in your hand like a well-worn glove. The blades are very sharp and hold the edges. Unbelievable that these two knives were $20.

My boyfriend and I are getting into the whole doomsday thing. And this is definitely a must have. It’s good quality. And love how there’s a case that comes with it. And I like how there’s a big one and a little one :)
